Great! Close to airport. Only issue was shuttle was running late and almost made me miss my flight. They were going to call a taxi for me but the shuttle ended up coming just in time. They should have two running due to their location. Overall great stay!

Great standard for an Airport Hotel. Once you are inside you wouldn’t know it was an airport hotel.

Great stay in a very nice hotel. Only challenge was air con not strong enough, it was a very warm day and would have liked to be able to adjust the air con more.

After 2 weeks of tiny European hotel rooms with spartan accommodations it was nice to have the comfort of a U.S. chain, except for one thing - the beds were too small! I rolled over and fell out of bed and hurt my knee!

This hotel is a 4 minute drive to the Brussels International Airport. The restaurant is good.

The hotel had great ammenities and delicious food. The location is very near BRU airport and next to a beautiful park. Wifi is amazing, and so is the coworking dedicated space. The lobby is pretty unique, too. The only drawback is the restaurant and bar prices, they are way off standard hotel prices.

The staff us helpfull and polite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is a very nice addition.

This was the perfect place to stay the night before our early flight out of Brussels. They have double beds for families, shuttle service to the airport and clean, spacious rooms.

A nice garden to sit in. Dining and bar available, food is okay. Checking was very pleasant but a tad slow (I think he was just new). The room was clean and comfortable, took a long time for the shower to get hot; you also have a separate tub if you prefer.

This is a convenient hotel to use to visit Brussels as there is easy train access to the city centre.

I was only there a night, but it was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very nice also.

Hotel is about a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport. The shuttle bus also picks up from the near by Novotel Hotel. The shuttle is provided free to guests and runs every 30 minutes starting at 4am in the morning. It's an actual bus and not a van. There are racks available for luggage storage. Walking in, it's clean and smells nice. The staff was super efficient and got me checked in within a few minutes of me walking through the door. There is a restaurant on site, but I can't comment as we did not dine there. I had a queen sized bed room and it's enough for 2 people. The room has a fridge and a coffee maker. Though, I didn't try using their coffee maker because I don't know when's the last time it was cleaned out. There's a pretty big safe in the closet. The bathroom has a tub and a shower. Though, the shower itself is a little tight, but manageable. Bed was comfy, but it did get hot during the night and we set the temp all the way down, but that didn't cool the room down enough. Bathroom is big enough and not cramped at all. A couple of caveats is that this place is about 30 minutes away from the city center. You can either walk to the bus stop, take the shuttle back to the airport and take the subway or use Uber. We decided to use Uber as that comes out to about $35 vs, $11 one way using the subway and will probably take at least an hour to get to the city center. The's only 1 restaurant on site and I didn't see anything else in the area.
