The hotel is in very good condition. Bedrooms and facilities are very good too. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant has enough space. A lot of options for dinner but it's not a very quiet place if you get a room facing the street, as there are several restaurants that close late at night.

Located very good in the city center, also close to Brussels Central station. I have mixed experiences with this hotel. The first meeting with staff was not the best I've had but the rest of the staff balanced out the negative. The room was ok except for the bathroom ceiling that is almost falling apart making the upper floor hotel rooms sounds loud especially the pipes from toilet/sink being noisy! Breakfast was good!

I had a quad room and it was very big. The location is great and the breakfast was good. However, during my 5 day/ 4 night stay June 28-July 2 we never had hot water, not one day. The evening staff was rude and one of the men during the day time was very rude too when I asked about it. I was not given an option to switch rooms. I just kept getting the run around. Expedia managed to refund me a bit, I had booked 2 rooms and I was only able to get about $249 for both rooms as a refund. I found it ridiculous that a basic amenity was not provided. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. One of our rooms faced the main street and the noise level was horrible.

Convenient from the central station. It's pretty noisy. It's right next to a club. We didn't mind it since all the traveling put us to sleep.

This is an excellent location. It is sitting right in the old town with the main streets of restaurants steps away and lots of night time activity. It is just 2 blocks from the Grand Plac. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast has lots of variety. The AC has full power suited for Americans! The carpet could use replacement but rooms are comfortable. I would stay again if I were in Brussels

No luxury, but good value for money. Very good location in the restaurant area right next to Grand Place. The room we had was a bit worn, but the bathroom had been renovated and was nice. We experienced no noice. Nice view towards the town hall. Good breakfast with many choices, even possible to make your own wafles!

Pros - good location near to Grand Place and all that has to offer. Only a short walk to bars cafes shops tube tram etc. The staff were generally friendly and competent . Not the highest quality but a good choice of Continental-style buffet breakfast. Can’t vouch for the hot/cooked items on offer tho. Flavoured water and pastries’gratis’ in the lobby each evening which was appreciated. Cons - Hotel is generally a little scruffy and in need of refurbishment. Clean enough tho. The neighbourhood immediately outside of the front door is pretty tacky. I ventured outside early Sunday morning to be greeted by piles of trash everywhere and a couple of guys taking a leak in the street just opposite.
