We didn't actual stay at the property. We had a medical issue and were unable to travel. We asked the property if they would consider a refund in full or part (and provided medical evidence of the reason), but to no avail. We understand that the booking was non-refundable, however, a show of good will due to the circumstances would have been appreciated.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable stay near Brussels city center I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was small but extremely cozy, clean, and well kept — a great balance between comfort and practicality. The décor felt warm and inviting, and although the space wasn’t large, it was thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable, but the only odd thing was that it had two single mattresses instead of one, so there was a slight dip toward the middle. It wasn’t a big problem, though — I still slept very well. The bathroom was modern and spotless, equipped with a good hair dryer and nice water pressure in the shower. The location is about 12–15 minutes’ walk from Brussels’ main tourist attractions, which made it easy to reach the city center while still being in a quiet and safe area. It’s perfect if you prefer staying slightly away from the busiest parts of town. The hotel is across from the Plaza Hotel, and while the area is safe, note that there are a few adult shops nearby — something to keep in mind for more conservative travelers. The hotel also has a nice cafeteria where you can enjoy breakfast or grab something to take away. The coffee and pastries were delicious, and it was convenient to have that option right on site. Overall, a cozy, clean, and comfortable place to stay — great value and a good choice if you want peace and convenience without being in the middle of all the crowds.
