We stayed for four nights and could not fault the service. The room was clean and comfortable. Only a 20 minute walk through the park to Brussels Central Station and right next to the metro station if feeling a little tired.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice central location just 25 minutes walk to the grand palace. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Good value for the money. Rooms were decent. Gym was small, but enough for a decent workout. I would stay again

I left something valuable on the room and they say that it wasn’t there. Less than a hour before my check-out. Sadd that they couldn’t return it. Definitely will not stay again.

Room was clean and very close to the train and Metro line. It is located in the business district and is about 20-30 minutes walk away from the main attractions. Depending on where your room is located it can get noisy at night from the all the people drinking and singing on the outside terasse.

This hotel is a real good value considering its location and all the amenities. I very much appreciated how sustainability oriented they are, making it easy to rent a bike, a station to refill your bottle, etc. the staff is very courteous and helpful. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff on arrival was very helpful and welcoming. I booked this room for 2 nights as a stop over from Paris to the Netherlands. The room was very well thought out. Lots of counters in the bathroom and storage spaces. The cold water refill station in the lobby was a welcome addition. The Thai restaurant right near by was delicious. After a day of travel, it was so convenient to have a place for dinner close by. Great value for what we got!
