Syarat keputusan ujian COVID-19 yang negatif diguna pakai kepada semua tetamu yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas, serta keputusan mesti dikeluarkan tidak lebih dari 72 jam sebelum mendaftar masuk. Syarat rekod vaksinasi COVID-19 diguna pakai kepada semua tetamu yang berumur 18 tahun dan ke atas; tetamu mestilah menerima vaksinasi yang lengkap sekurang-kurangnya 3 hari sebelum mendaftar masuk. Untuk apa-apa soalan, sila hubungi hartanah menggunakan maklumat pada pengesahan tempahan.

So check in went fine. We walked from the Brussels Midi train station. Not a long walk but not easily accessible with luggage due to construction. We received room 111. It was a private room which i had booked. We went up the stairs to the room and I opened the door and went to move in to hold the door for my friend with the suitcase. Immediately inside the door was a flight of stairs that i promptly fell down. I landed on my hip and hit my head on the step going up to the bathroom. My friend screamed, and with staff right down the stairs, no one came to check on the commotion. Thankfully nothing seems to be broken but my head was bleeding. My friend went to ask the staff why there was no warning, and they thought she was saying i fell down the stairs to the room. The front desk clerk finally came up with a first aid kit, and stated she didnt know the room had stairs as she had never seen the room. There is no air circulation in the room unless you open the window which is really a door to another staircase. You could not leave it open as there was traffic up and down it all night. Beware if you get room 111

Easy check in, kind people at the desk. No lift so had to climb 4 floors with luggage but not impossible. Good value for money. Good place to sleep , beds comfortable and clean. Towels provided. Nice toilet and shower, clean and soap provided. No air con. Loud area on the streets a lot of men just lurking about so a bit on edge especially if travelling solo. But overall happy that we stayed here. Close to station and city center. No proper kitchen but free tea and kettle downstairs .

Private Room didn’t have hot water for showers, Room was tiny and had to climb over the bed to hang up a jacket. Extremely noisy from the hallway. Ended up having to move after a night, could be okay for a night. But wasn’t for us.

İkinci olarak kirli yoryan ve yastık beni karşıladı... Yorgan idrar kokuyor ve yastıkta bir sürü saç kılı vardı. Oda herhangi bir şekilde gün ışığı almıyor, apartman boşluğuna bakıyor. Oda temizlik servisi yapılmıyor, çöpler toplanmıyor. Ses yalıtımı berbat. Gece geç saatte otele giren çıkan gürültücü insanlar sizi zar zor daldığınız uykunuzdan uyandırıyor. Kalorifer motorsiklet gibi gürültü çıkarıyor. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla berbat bir deneyimdi, tüm tatilimi rezil etti. Bir daha asla ama asla buraya gelmem. Tek iyi yanı resepsiyondaki çalışanın kibarlığı ve güler yüzüydü.

expedia incorrectly had check in listed at 2:30pm when it was actually scheduled for 3pm. they did not have the room ready for check in at 3pm they kept us waiting until 3:35pm. very disappointing check in experience. there was an awkward step up to get into the washroom and there was a broken sill in the washrrom. other than that the room was quite new with a good view of the street.

Our family of four stayed one night in this very basic accommodation. Towels only available at extra cost and luggage has to be carried up and down steep, narrow stairs. Not a huge deal for us but could be difficult for some. The room was clean but we needed the windows open for ventilation and cooling. expedia incorrectly had check in listed at 2:30pm when it was actually scheduled for 3pm. they did not have the room ready for check in at 3pm they kept us waiting until 3:35pm. very disappointing check in experience. there was an awkward step up to get into the washroom and there was a broken sill in the washrrom. other than that the room was quite new with a good view of the street.

The manager was so rude from the beginning when they ask me for mi ID. The room looks nice but then when you start to move stuff or use something you can notice is dirty and they have bed bugs everywhere

Our family of four stayed one night in this very basic accommodation. Towels only available at extra cost and luggage has to be carried up and down steep, narrow stairs. Not a huge deal for us but could be difficult for some. The room was clean but we needed the windows open for ventilation and cooling. The street outside is extremely noisy with traffic, emergency vehicles and patrons of nearby street patios, making it quite challenging to sleep well.
