Espetacular os dias que passei no resort. Tudo de muito bom gosto, cardápio variado e saboroso. Certame voltarei!

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and pleasant, right at the entrance to Pomeria. 3 minutes walk to the sea which is a big bonus. The hotel itself is spacious, and it takes several days to walk around and find the facilities that are scattered throughout the areas surrounding the hotel (going up and down floors from several places which is confusing and tiring). The rooms themselves are large and spacious, certainly beautiful and designed in a comfortable way for the guest. But, this is where all this beauty ends! We arrived exactly two days after the end of the season, which was felt right at the hotel: Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, even when requested, towels are placed and that's it. All-inclusive, it's not! There are regular meals, but, if you don't arrive at the beginning of each meal, the food remains dry and dehydrated and most of it is inedible, which is a shame! Because the ingredients are good, just not properly maintained in the buffets! If I can summarize in a few words: It is advisable to come during the tourist season (May-September) to get the best service!

Very bad service in the front desk

The quantity of food at breakfast was amazing. I would have liked more variety, but that's being picky. The resort was packed with unruly children. So it's family friendly, but not tranquil.

Essen und Trinken war gut.das einzige was nicht so gut war das man das Bett selbst überziehen muss. Alles war so weit ganz gut, so dass wir noch mal um 2 Tage verlängert haben. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Sauberkeit großartig. Die Gastronomie vielfältiges Angebot sehr gut.Mehr Unterhaltung würde ich mir wünschen. Die Umgebung wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schade

The hotel is in Pomorie new town and close to the beach. We were on B&B. The rooms were a really good size and kept clean. In room coffee is charged for along with the usual minibar items. You get a bottle of water each when you arrive so worth stocking up at the supermarket down the road. The food at breakfast was satisfactory (try the local yoghurt) and kept well stocked although there was always a queue for tea and coffee and one staff member washing dishes and serving everyone seemed a bit too much. The staff were all friendly and helpful which for me is what matters. Izbata restaurant was pleasant - try and fit in a wine tasting session, we did (via receptoon) and it was well worth it. The medical spa attached to the hotel was bit more of a challenge - mainly because staff there didn't speak English and I don't speak Bulgarian but they seemed quite grumpy and a bit unhelpful. The lifeguard at the pool speaks great English and he very helpfully sorted out a few things for us. The location is close to the beach, the hotel does not own its own section of the beach but there are plenty or beds to hire and it wasn't crowded. You can get lunches and dinners around and about locally - 'viva beach' (located in main road not the beach) was good as was a few beach front eateries which were about a 10-15 min walk down the beach. Excursions can be booked at an tourist centre near the bank (about 10- 15 mins walk down the main road on the right).

Dette hotellet var topp. Men vi ble først sjekket inn på et annet Festa hotell, 4 stjernes hotell rett ved. Dette var elendig. Hadde ikke bestilt det, men var blitt plasert der. Måtte ligge der en natt før Hotels.com ordnet opp for oss. Festa Pomiore resort var slitent, stort og med dårlig mat. Festa Pontica hadde fine suiter med utsikt, store rom, deilige bad og service innstilt betjening. Flott spa avdeling, men litt liten kapasitet. Reiser gjerne tilbake.

The room was luxurious , the beach nice, we used the inside pool, sauna and steam bath, which were great. very nice resort. breakfast buffet was ok

Really nice hotel, four men stayed in a suite and it was plenty big enough. Staff were lovely and friendly, don't think we were there usual clientele! Pool area was small, could get crowded if the hotel was full in the summer.

Unfriendly staff. Additional charge for safety deposit box, coffee in the room and car parking. The service of the hotel does not respond to a 5 star rating.

Not a 5 star hotel, but good considering the price. Extremly long waiting time for check in/ check out.

удобное месторасположение,хорошее состояние,благоустроенная территория,хорошее качество обслуживания.Из недостатков:плохая вентиляция в санузлах,плохо уходит вода,неудобные матрасы и подушки,wi-fi работает только в зоне рецепции.В целом очень твердая четверка.

Only spent one night in this hotel prior to an early morning flight from Bourgas airport but it was a great hotel that I would definitely use again. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. We ate in the restaurant at the hotel which was very good. Only a 3 minute walk from the beach and also a nice pool area.
