This place has bed bugs. Booked it for a client and she was bitten all over her back. She went to a doctor as she wasn't sure what it was and the doctor confirmed it was actual bed bugs.

Could be a little easier to get officially set up for the stay, but it ended up being great. I was a little nervous after getting scammed a year ago, so some kind of indication making clear this is Hotel.com confirmed legitimacy would have helped.

Was a very nice room and easy to come and go. However the fire alarm got pulled at 3am on my second last night there and not because of a fire. I then couldn't go back to bed and was super tired for my meetings the next day.

Great location, amazing view, very quiet, and a lot of amenities nearby! I must say it would be a good idea to provide guests with more hooks (at least in the bathroom and the secondary room), handsoap and dish soap, sharper knives and some basics like salt, pepper, condiments, butter, jams, etc., as you don't necessarily want to buy them when you're only staying for 4-5 days. Also, a new shower curtain could be an improvement, as it was starting to be a bit smelly. However, all in all, we recomment this place, the air conditioning worked perfectly, everything worked perfectly, and we would definitely go back!

The apartment was on the 39th floor. Amazing views from one of the highest residential buildings in Canada (may be the highest still). Kitchen area was well stocked with pots and pans etc, the key issue was with the furniture. The sofa was just uncomfortable it may be a sofa bed but even so was really uncomfortable. The chairs were clear plastic and the tables and cofffee tables were glass. I guess it was meant to look good (not to my taste personally) but it also made it unusable due to comfort and practicality. Tbe other issue was with the heating/cooling. When it kicked in it covered the apartment in dust, i guess it had not been used in a while. Communication by WhatsApp was great but needing a large dollar bank deposit to cover breakages etc seems unusual. If you haven't got a Canadian bank account they will also charge admin fee for processing the deposit. Its in the booking t & c's but I didn’t read it and it was a pain.

Gym was much further then expected, took forever to get a key and never got to gym. Should ask before arrival if needed and leave with room key. Had to ask 3 times. Instructions for tv would be great. Hand cream is a typical amenity, especially in cold weather. Felt frustrated most of the time. Left early just to get home. I will not be staying there again.

I absolutely recommend Canada Suites if you are traveling with multiple work colleagues. Not only we were given three keys to the unit, everything was clean and comfortable. I had an excellent stay with my colleagues as a media professional and am bookmarking Canada Suites for future business travels.

Excellent choix. La seule chose qui est difficile c’est l’arrivée. Ils demandent d’avoir fait toutes les étapes avant d’avoir les instructions pour entrer. Il n’y a pas de comptoir check-in pour gérer le tout. Alors, tu es pris à l’extérieur pour envoyer tes ID, ton dépôt, ton paiement pour le stationnement. Tu dois signer l’entente électroniquement… ouf! Un GROS challenge puisqu’en plus, tu n’as pas accès au stationnement puisqu’il te manque le Remote pour entrer, alors tu dois payer un autre stationnement pour pouvoir entrer et avoir le Remote. À partir de ce moment là, le tout est parfait! Super appartement, beau, propre!
