We had a great stay at the Delta. It was quiet, clean. The staff was nice and cooperative. Our breakfast was delicious. The slide was not operational when we went to the pool and the frontdesk staff came rapidly to turn it on and explain its rules to my son. It's been a long time since I had such a nice stay at a hotel.

Came back from the pool around 11am check out is suppose to be 12pm but my room card keys stopped working had to go all the way down to the front desk why wife and kids sat out of the room wet and cold. Also got a 5$ parking ticket from the city for staying 2 hrs past 10am so the check shouldn’t be 12 or the delta should have a deal with the city for parking epically when I paid almost $20 for it as well, not right, not the best stay because of it. Happened to more then just me on my floor too

Walls are paper thin, constant banging and slamming, can hear everyone all night. Drunk, loud people were everywhere, live music boomed from outside until 3am!! Was horrible.

We had a terrible stay. The noise from another room kept us up most of the night and early morning. 3 persons in room and only coffee towels etc for 1. Had phoned and asked if the room would accommodate a cot and was told yes. In the end did not need the cot but it definitely would not have fit. Loved the bar. Excellent staff and very knowledgeable about celiac. Our concerns re noise was excepted and apologized over and over but did not help our lack of sleep. Even recorded it and played for staff.

I prepaid but the girl at the reception told me it's not prepaid and also have to pay $17 for parking. I also had free breakfast as part of the booking but she said no. Next morning at checkout another receptionist corrected and reversed the change for room and parking

They stood not doing anything when I know that they can pull it up and finally said they could find it on my email. I kept looking email they have found out didn’t kindly tell me wasn’t the best experience I’ve had at a Delta property that’s for sure.
