We had a bad experience with the staff during check-in, and at the restaurant as well. They refused to provide us with the services we were entitled to. It’s unacceptable to have to fight to get what we paid for. The employees we talked with were unwelcoming or seemed indifferent.

Great checking experience! The hostess at the desk was very helpful giving us an awesome list of things to do and where to eat. The name on the name tag was Wayne.

Always great, always clean. staff friends. breakfast was fantastic - worth the extra money - and recommend ordering from the menu. staff were great!

Had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and staff was very nice. Only issues was there was a grape on the floor of our room when we entered and the bathroom faucet was slowly leaking water, so we wrap a towel around it. Overall very good stay and would stay again.

L’hotel et les chambres sont vieillissants mais bien situé. La piscine avec glissade est un plus pour les enfants. Le personnel au front desk tres serviable et gentil. Les points faibles sont: propreté de la piscine et de la chambre tres moyen et le service au restaurant déjeuner inclus: pres de 50 min dattente pour un dejeuner inclus alors que le restaurant est presque vide, des pancakes sans sirop derable…

Our favourite hotel to stay in Moncton love how central it is. Feel when we pay the park price I understand hotel was full but they should throw in the parking.
