Property was great… big, very clean, comfy rooms, staff was helpful.. would definitely stay here again

Not the best stay with the Hampton. Breakfast staff were amazing but not much support from front desk.

This is a great hotel to stay it. It’s on the outskirts of Kingston, but a short drive to all the cool parts of the city. The buffet breakfast was mediocre at best and infuriating that everything was served with disposable paper plates and cups and wooden utensils. On a plus side, the pool and hot tub are great.

Clean rooms but the breakfast did leave a bit to be desired. Especially if you have food restrictions.

Very nice accessible room

Very clean room in a nice quiet location, comfortable stay and a short drive away from Downtown Kingston. Front desk and staff working breakfast were all very lovely and friendly. A great stay!

The Hampton Inn in Kingston is very beautiful. The room was tastefully decorated and staff was very friendly. The location was quiet. There was an excellent breakfast. This is just a few things that I found troublesome, which you don't have to put in the review. At night there were too many lights in the room whch kept me awake, ie: for the themometer, TV, the place tht turns the TV on and off. When people came in, you could hear people entering their rooms. It always sounded like someone was entering our room. The bed was quite soft. The temperature dial for hot and cold should be clearly marked with hot and cold settings. I did not have my glasses on and the water gage blended in with the silver color so it was difficult to see what the water temperature gage was. These details are typical many hotels now adays. Hampton Inn is a lovely hotel but these details prevent me from travelling in hotels very much.

All staff were extremely friendly

Excellent place to stay. Next time I come back in Kingston, I will stay at this hotel. Nice staff, nice hot tub, good breakfast, several restaurants nearby. Very clean, confortable mattress. The only thing they don't have, is a table with 2 chairs if you want to order a meal and eat it in the room.

Everything was perfect the staff also a big 👍to the gentleman who serve the breakfast

Sehr freundliches Personal (Lisa) an der Rezeption. Hotel top gepflegt, neue moderne Zimmer. Absolute Empfehlung.

Reception was exceptional. Staff was amazing and respectful, room condition new, pool small and welcoming, nice gym. Free parking away from crime, coffee shot 3 minutes walking distance. Room was impressive with an additional option to turn the couch into a bed. TV was nice and large. 10 minutes drive to downtown Kingston core area. This is a place, I would book again.

Our stay in the Hampton Inn was wonderful! We stayed there for a night as we were on a quick getaway, but I was quite impressed by the cleanliness, comfort and staff professionalism. The only drawback was its breakfast, which could be improved. Room: The room was incredibly clean and roomy. It was equipped with all the necessities aside from toothpaste. Staff: We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. They were also helpful and accommodating. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was acceptable, with a variety of hot and cold options to start the day. However, some items could be improved, like the omelette, which was a bit dry. The self-service hot water for tea was also too cold to steep tea. Parking: During our stay, parking spots were always available close to the entrance. Overall, it offered good value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Really nice and clean. Looked like a really safe area that makes it really easy to get to downtown Kingston near the water front and Fort Henry. 10 min and an easy ride and you’re right in the center of the shopping and restaurant district next to city hall. Great place to stay.
