We found bed bugs and so did another customer.

Old but maintained property, key differentiator is amenities, staff and overall services. Good value for money.

We were seriously disappointed in the accommodations this stay at the Quality Inn. We go to Midland every year at this time and usually stay here and it’s always been nicely kept and clean. This time upon checkin we were put in 101- the motel at the back of the property. The outdoor grounds were completely littered with cigarette butts and food garbage that had been ripped apart and a broken shopping cart upside down. Once inside the room there was an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew. The furniture was from the 60s and the room was in disrepair. I went to the front desk and asked if there was another room they could put us in because I was not going to sleep in that room. I was told that because we where travelling with a pet, there was 1 more option, so we where given a room inside the main hotel, but in the basement. This room was a bit of an improvement but not much. It still smelled like mold. The lamp didn’t work, there were holes in the wall where pictures once hung. The bathroom door would not latch shut. The heat light in the bathroom was shorting out. There were bugs in the tub and behind the toilet. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed and there were food remnants on the desk. The shower curtain was a ratty dirty looking fabric that was instantly soaked. There was hot water for the first 2 mins of the shower. There was a hot breakfast that was good, but not a fan of eating with wooden utensils. We didn’t use any of the other facilities.

It was OK. But it did smell quite strong of chlorine due to the pool and certain areas smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast menu was great. There as a variety of breakfast items to choose from.

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed for its age. The pool and hot tub areas were among the nicest and cleanest I've ever experienced in a hotel and we visit 6-8 different properties a year. Staff was courteous and friendly and handled their tasks quickly and efficiently. Breakfast was hot, tasty and provided a very nice variety!!!

Got stuck in some weather. Pleasant stay lots of amenities nearby and active UberEats. Nice atrium. Friendly people.

Didn't use the pool. Room wad clean Staff was helpful. Unaware that restaurant was closed until further notice.

It’s such a great snowmobiling destination the only downside is operate living there and there’s no supervision of their children

Cleanliness could be improved. There is a line of dust at the edge of the carpet that never gets vacuumed. The bottom of the tub felt unclean. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Elevator in the dining area is suuuuuuper slow. Staff not really well trained in customer service. Asked them to throw away a receipt and this seemed like a challenge, they were surprised by the request and seeed to have no gang age Basket. surprised

Room was spotless, stuff allowed us to check in early and did all their best to accommodate our requests. Will come back again
