The staff were kind and accomidating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If you're expecting the Ritz you will be dissapointed, but you certainly should not be while staying at a budget hotel. You get what you pay for.

Good hotel. Bed was comfy. Nicely decorated. Very cute dining area and pool. Good price. Good location. Carpets needs to washed. Smelled like smoking in room

The hotel itself is very dated and could use a sprucing up. The hotel main areas and my room were clean but the back area I was instructed to use to enter the hotel was dirty. Didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in ages. The area surrounding this area was also unkept. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised that there was an on-site restaurant. Not true. This restaurant, The Library, closed in March/25. Please update this information. My room was clean and both the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Hall carpets were dirty. Hot tub was luke warm. Otherwise was great stay

Clean and quiet

Service was great but the room was terribly run down. We stayed here before and the room was clean and in decent shape. After this visit I won’t be back.

I am aware that it is not a 5 star facility...but I do not like drinking coffee from paper cups...and sadly the scrambled eggs are always over cooked...so I did not have any. I am sure you are doing your best with the $ you have to apply to breakfasts.

It is a tired property ,in need of a good overhaul. Furniture is old,chipped, drawer missing in the dresser. AC unit has gaps around it ,so you can see the outdoors all the way around it. Bathroom is rusty around the doors and fixtures Peeling wallpaper was stapled to the wall. Window well’s papier is almost all off Carpet is bubbled between the beds creating g tripping hazzard

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area is clean, open with good selection. My room was fairly clean but looked like it generally needed re decorating I.e. peeling wallpaper

I enjoyed staying there. We did move to the second floor. I liked the view better Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. But the kitchen staff were very slow on filling things up at the busiest time had to ask twice for them to come out and get more coffee and to fill up the eggs. Otherwise, it was good.

The building inside was very nice but the flower beds and any concrete where steps were was awful. Flowers beds were full of weeds and the wall along the steps was in pieces all along the steps. It would be a beautiful place inside and out if they were looked after

A REAL breakfast, unlike so many other hotels.

Stroller access can be improved other than that it's a great place to stay 5 minutes from the harbor
