Ramada by Wyndham Nanaimo

We were welcomed as we arrived. The room was lovely but the best part of our stay was the delicious complimentary breakfast served each morning. What a thoughtful thing to do. The convenience of it was especially appreciated by seniors with mobility issues.

It was okay but showed it’s age, needs a facelift.

Location was great. Hotel needs some care.

I was very disappointed in our recent stay at the Ramada. We have stayed in the past, however, after four rooms the first day switching due to lighting, temperature, etc. was horrendous. Each time we were the ones that had to do all the moving all the adjusting everything the front desk was zero accommodating The room was filthy. I have pictures of not only the bedding being dirty and ripped, but also the bathroom fan, etc. The carpets were filthy. I travel a lot for business as well and I’m very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. Like I mentioned within the first three hours we had moved rooms four times And finally just accepted where we were at. The only reason we got a room that had a comfortable temperature at the end is because I was ready to go to a different hotel are utilize hotels.com constantly through my business this however, was a personal trip to celebrate my daughter‘s graduation And I was appalled by the condition and the treatment and customer service. I will not be recommending this hotel to anybody. The front desk was zero help at making our stay comfortable and we are not unrealistic customers. And I will be forwarding my complaints and pictures onto Ramada management as well

Room was terribly cold but an easy fix. Breakfast was poor. Bed comfortable.

Nice big room. Good breakfast. Disappointed they didn't have an accessible room and the toilet was very low to the ground making use extremely difficult for anyone with mobility issues or even elderly.

Easy to get to. Nice breakfast. Bed comfy and room large enough to accommodate two nice sitting chairs

Staff were friendly and overall the property was pretty clean/well maintained. A few random hairs (curlies) in the bathroom, stain on the carpet, etc. I’d stay again,

Didn't really like the area,there was no restaurant's in walking distance and felt unsafe around the area,the hotel was clean and the staff were super nice ,i would stay again if i was in the area again

The lobby smelled like urine. The rooms were dated and smelled bad

The staff is rude and grumpy. Room carpets are dirty and the tv just shuts off at will. There are better places to stay at the same price.
