Second time staying here. Very nice. Nice mix of hot & cold breakfast options. Jackie at the front desk is lovely, attentive to details & so helpful.

The lady at the front desk is lovely.

Everything was pretty good overall although the carpet could’ve been shampoed in our room, they were a bit dirty

Not sure why $100 hold necessary? There are no incidentals applicable (room service, mini bar) We checked out and hold was removed without room inspection, so really WHATS THE POINT?

The area was a bit out of the way and noisier than ideal, and there were no close amenities.

It is located near the port and its parking lot is free for everyone.
