Excellent service, convenient location for sightseeing, near restaurants. Staff professional and attentive. Emanuel at the bar makes some of the best cocktails in Santiago plus his customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We felt valued and taken care of from the second we walked in. The room was large, clean, and fitted with quality furnishings and fixtures. Great air-con, amazing water pressure and hot shower. Facilities were good, rooftop pool with towels available, gym (didn't use, but knew it was there) and the bar and restaurant downstairs served a fab cocktail and wonderful meal. The staff were courteous and smily and we recieved welcome drinks too. The restaurant staff were rushed off their feet at dinner time (it was busy) and were still polite, attentive and got everything to us in good time. A wonderfully luxurious last night for our trip.

The staffs are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly, especially Daritza and Diego, they allowed us check in early and helped us with all the needs we had.

I loved the location of the hotel, perfect for exploring Santiago, both the centre but also parts further out, since there are two metro lines within a short walk of the hotel. The area around the hotel is great too, so much life around it. The hotel was clean, had excellent amenities and friendly and helpful staff. Overall this is highly recommended for anyone staying in Santiago.

This wonderful hotel is staffed by professional, friendly and caring people whose aim is to make their guests feel welcome in all respects. The breakfast at Punto Ocho includes food items for every conceivable palate and is deliciously presented by an attentive and helpful staff. The hotel’s location is ideal with regard to restaurants, parks, historical sites, the central market and so much more - all can be reached by short walks, sometimes only steps away. This was our third stay, and we will gladly return in the future.

A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again.
