Whenever I had a question or a request, they responded promptly and efficiently. It made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. it was clean and the staff service was great. We extended our stay at Hilton as our flights were canceled and the staff at reception helped us to extend our stay. The information counter staff also provided excellent assistance when we enquired about the transportation around Urumqi. I would definitely choose to stay at Hilton for my next holiday trip!

Top notch!! Five stars in every way. Likely the best hotel in Urumqi. The only drawback, if I am critical, is its location. It is a bit far away from the center of town, which is abt 10-11 km away.

A very disappointed stay. Did expect the level of service is so poor . Definitely not Hilton standard. Room not ready when check in . Poor customer service. Room too warm as temperatures is unable to set. Change 3 rooms even still the same and finally give up. Unable to sleep well. It is only when I approach the duty manager I was properly attended to but the room definitely is not up to Hilton standard. For those who like to room to cool, I will suggest to stay here if you really need to and not in summer time!!

I had paid a deposit in the beginning, after one day they asked me to increase the deposit, although I didn’t extend my stay. Reception couldn’t explain why, only that it should be increased. Aircon could not be regulated, it was 24 degrees in the room. Ceiling in the room was leaking water. Location is far away from anything else. Service in the dining hall is trying to deliver good service, rooms are spacious..
