Room was very spacious and the air felt clean. The housekeeping staff Emily went above and beyond noticing we had a baby without us mentioning and giving us extra things for the baby. The entire staff from front desk to dining to housekeeping were excellent. Highly recommend!

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, bijvoorbeeld bij ontbijt werd er speciale latte of andere drankjes op verzoek gezet door Yoyo of Shirley. Ook leuke gesprekken met goede reistips door local Shirley. Uitgebreide opties van zowel Chinees als westers ontbijt. Zeer snel en adequaat geholpen toen we service centre belden wegens defecte koffer. Schone kamers. Goede ligging bij metro en tegenover Jing An. Niet te druk maar ook zeker centraal gelegen in de buurt van diverse malls/plaza. Taxi voor de deur. Alleen jammer dat er geen bar voor in de avonduren beschikbaar is in hotel.

The room did not have aircon during our stay just the fan function is available and the room temperature was 24.5 degrees C. So we requested for an electric fan to allow some circulation of air inside the room. We also opened the window to allow some cool outside air to come in otherwise the room was hot and stuffy. But the traffic noise was too loud to have a pleasant and peaceful sleep. It’s not yet winter and the hotel did not provide any air conditioning for optimum comfort. Very disappointed and had to endure 6 nights of discomfort.

혼자 여행으로 방문한 숙소였는데, 징안사역이랑 엄청 가까워요. 교통편 조음 1층 입구가 건물 내부 약간 돌아가야 했지만, 벨보이(짐 운반 X, 문지기 정도) 항상 밝게 인사해주셔서 좋았습니다. 체크인 할 때 룸 업그레이드 해주시고 방도 쾌적했어요!! 조식도 맛있고 다음에 또 상하이 가게 되면 재방문 의사 완전 있음

Personnel from all departments -- from doormen to reception to concierge to room service to restaurant staffers -- all showed professionalism and great care to hotel guests. The level of service tops any 5-star international hotel chains. The breakfast buffet is a delight. Though not the biggest spread, the quality of food is unparalleled. I love the pastries, they are all made in house. Special thanks to the head chef and Yoyo Meng at the restaurant. The paramount Gallery Hotel is going to be my hotel of choice in any future Shanghai trip.

地點方便，就在地鐵站側，周邊很多食店選擇，對面亦有久光百貨，去外灘或明珠塔也只是數個站，酒店方面，房間寬敞，清潔員工會主動添加日用品，職員也十分有禮，另你有賓至如歸感覺。 整體來說，非常舒服，下次到上海旅遊，必再入住！

Staff is very helpful and can comunicate well in English. This is my fifth stay at this hotel in last 12 months. Shirley Ma in breakfast room always welcoming to me and take soecial care of my dietry needs . Always make my stay like home.because of her i look going for breakfast. Thank you Ms. Ma.

Staff is very helpful and can comunicate well in English. This is my fifth stay at this hotel in last 12 months. Shirley Ma in breakfast room always welcoming to me and take soecial care of my dietry needs . Always make my stay like home.because of her i look going for breakfast. Thank you Ms. Ma.

Very happy with the hotel especially the services But needs newer carpet, wardrobe and bathroom doors, and sufficient fridge and at least one English Channel for news since there are a few of foreigners staying Air conditioner is a bit nosies
