Xiao Ming is probally the best person I met in my life

Free laundry service was awesome. Done the same day. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Not much variety but satisfying. The fresh fruit was especially good. Our conceirge took care of our needs immediately and with hesitation. The hotel also provide electric scooters which were free to use to get around wherever you wanted to go.

A quiet, village away from the city cente and excellent for relaxing

This was a pretty nice little hotel that is placed between the modern and the traditional. What I meant is that the room has a regular sit-on toilet, but the rest room in the main office has the squatting toilet. The room also does not have a mini refrigerator. I also felt that the bath doesn’t have adequate heating because it feels cold and the toilet seat was really cold. The room has a TV, but I couldn’t get it to turn on. The hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but the manager smoked and at least one other man who helped me with the scooter also smoked. So, I often smelled cigarette smoking in different places and I felt I did a bit of second-hand smoking. I did not smell cigarettes smokes in my room though. The room was clean and I did feel comfortable sleeping in the bed with nice pillows and comforter. You do get a free scooter to ride around and it has a battery for about 30 kilometers. The hotel seemed very safe and it gives an old small Chinese village feel where there are a bunch of other similar hotels and family-style restaurants. While I was walking by the neighborhood, a little girl less than 5 years old came by and spoke Chinese asked me to stay in the hotel that her parents operates and maybe owns. That was really cute that I had to go inside with her to talk with her parents. They are so down to earth and friendly. Again, this is somewhat of a village that falls in between the traditional and modern that you can get a feel of, a nice vibe.

The place is a true secret. Everything was great and it is a bit far from the city so quiet and in the middle of nature. Easy Didi ride. Bed is comfortable with a cozy room and nice super hot shower. Perfect for a get away! The tour guide Sud was also awesome so he can drive you arouns if you decide to go on a tour.

Xiaoming made our stay amazing! He was friendly and welcoming and always available to answer any questions and help plan your stay. The place is beautiful and quiet and relaxing. The room was comfortable and spacious. What great views. The breakfast was perfect and we spent the day using the electric scooter which was super fun. I completely recommend staying here and staying at least two days so you can appreciate the area. We regret not spending more time here. Definitely book here if you have the chance.

Cet hôtel est vraiment charmant et très typique avec une vue sur les montagnes c’est merveilleux L’hôte est d’une extrême gentillesse, il nous accueille avec le sourire et avec des attentions très agréables, J’avais besoin de faire coudre une jupe et s’en est occupé, faire une machine pour le ligne, vous n’avez qu’à mettre dans un panier et il est propre pour le lendemain Il propose un taxi gratuit pour venir vous chercher à la gare et vous avez des scooters gratuits électrique pour visiter les alentours. Le massage est un véritable bonheur, je vous conseille 90 minutes à l’huile ( corps et pieds ) La chambre et propre et confortable et le personnel au petit soin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour en amoureux Merci 🙏💕

Xiaoming is an excellent host Always a quick response and very attentive to our needs . What’s App was the best way to communicate Xiaoming also makes a great Gin ‘n Tomic !

Hotel is located in a small village. The google map location is incorrect- the resort is on the other side of the village. The owner is very accommodating and friendly.

Quite location,very close to Flute Cave. The property give you free scooter to go abound town. No iron in room.Breakfast choices are limited. They give good bye pack of water and fruit. Very kind gesture.

中国語も英語も話せない日本人女性1名で2泊利用しました。結論から言うと、安全で清潔でアットホームな雰囲気の良いホテルでした。 空港へ送迎も利用できると記載がありましたが、実際には150元と高い金額がかかるので自分でタクシーを呼んだ方が良いです。近くに駅はなさそうでした。 スタッフの方々が優しく気さくでした。英語か中国語でしか会話できませんが、翻訳アプリとジェスチャーで十分コミュニケーションがとれます。チェックイン前に困ったことがあっても、ホテルの電話番号宛に日本語でSMSのやり取りができました。私以外は全員欧米のお客さんでした。 部屋は清潔にされていましたが、蚊と蛾が数匹入って来ます。何も伝えないと自動的に外出中にタオルの交換されます。アメニティーは揃っていましたが私は使っていないので使い心地はわかりません。部屋着としてバスローブが置いてありますが、着心地は微妙なので自分で用意することをお勧めします。 部屋に冷蔵庫がないので注意してください。ペットボトルの水はあります。シャワーはシャワーヘッドを固定する部分が壊れて使えなかったこと以外は問題なかったです。 繁華街から少し離れたこのホテルに決めた理由が"部屋からの景色が良さそうだから"だったのですが、悪くはないものの目の前が駐車場で少し残念でした。ツインで予約しましたが、チェックインの時に無料でダブルの部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。景色が良い方にして欲しいと伝えるとダブルの部屋になりました。 通常朝ごはんは7:30からで、米粉かパンか選べます。ツアーの出発時間の都合でお願いしたら時間を早めることも、テイクアウトにも対応してくれました(この場合パンになります)。朝ごはんを食べる場所にはバーカウンターがあり、夜に食事やお酒を楽しむこともできます。 周辺は街灯が少なく歩いて回る場所はありません。壁が薄いのか廊下の話し声は聞こえますが、ホテル周辺が何もなく静かなことと、利用客が多くなかったことからあまり気にならず過ごせました。また機会があったら利用したいです。

Fue una experiencia excelente. Mi reserva incluía un masaje y fue buenísimo. El dueño (Ciao Ming) estuvo todo el rato pendiente de todo detalle y ayudándome con lo que necesitaba. Incluso llamó a mi compañía aérea cuando me cambiaron el vuelo. El hotel está en un complejo super tranquilo, cerca del centro de Guilin pero en plena calma. El desayuno está incluso y hay opción occidental o china. El servicio de lavandería es gratuito (te hacen la colada ellos). Te dejan motoa eléctricas de forma gratuita. En resumen, muy recomendable.

Great place to stay around Guilin. Spacious and stylish furnishings. Very quiet and peaceful for great rest. Friendly host speaking perfect English. The Included breakfast was very good.
