Saya pergi bersama ibu saya ke Shanghai dan menginap selama 2 malam di EDISI. Kakitangan sangat berharap, terutamanya yang bernama Eric. Mereka sangat membantu sehingga mereka menghubungi Lengham (tempat saya menginap sebelum ini) untuk menghantar satu bantal mereka (yang ibu saya perlukan untuk tidur dengan selesa) ke EDISI. My second time staying at The Edition and it still remains one of my favourite hotels. The staff was great, especially Benjamin who will magically appear and solve our problems with Chinese apps. The staff, the reception and the bellboys, is amazingly helpful even when I was leaving the hotel. Cleanliness is as fantastic as ever! The room is spotless, even areas that some other 5-star hotels ignore. I know because I wet-wiped all surfaces. Lastly, the hotel will send emails to you before you arrive so that they can accommodate any request.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is really welcoming upon my arrival. The room is very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is located in the best location in Shanghai. It is a short walk to the bund. It is also located right next to the walking street. You are surrounded by many food stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. The hotel also has a rooftop bar. I had a chance to enjoy it. There are two types of seating: 1. The outer seating with a sofa requires a minimum spend of at least 1000 RMB. It does provide you with the best view of the bund. 2. The inner seating is a bar-type seating with no minimum spend requirement. I highly recommend booking this hotel, and I will book this hotel again upon my arrival back to Shanghai.

Great location. Superb staff. Fantastic room with a great view from the bathroom. The concierge service and staff are simply top notch. Had been waiting for a parcel from Beijing but it hadn’t arrived on the day of my check out. The concierge staff (didn’t manage to get his name but he seems to be someone senior) helped me to check with the courier service and managed to track that the parcel was at the courier office. He helped to arrange with the courier for me to pick it up on my way to the airport. The bellboy (his name is Victor) helped me to call for a Premium XL car to the airport. He also helped me to request the driver to send me to the courier office to collect my parcel on the way to the airport. He even helped to pay the driver first and I then transferred money to him via WeChat. He could speak English proficiently and was really of great help to explain to the driver since my Mandarin wasn’t as proficient. The fantastic service from the hotel staff made my stay at the Shanghai Edition all the more memorable! I must say that the staff all look really good too! 🙂 If I ever go back Shanghai, I’ll be staying at the Shanghai Edition again for sure!

Our stay at The Shanghai EDITION was exceptional from start to finish. First and foremost, I want to commend the staff, they were extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout our entire stay. The room was perfect, offering a stunning view of both The Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower. The location couldn’t be better, within walking distance to all the main attractions along Nanjing Road, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. While the hotel is on the pricier side, I believe it’s absolutely worth it. The breakfast was a solid 10/10, delicious, with a great variety, and I would highly recommend including it in your stay. The only downside to our visit occurred at the rooftop bar on the evening of September 12th. Unfortunately, the hostess assumed we were not hotel guests without asking for a room number, which felt dismissive. Additionally, the rooftop terrace has a high minimum spend requirement, it would be nice if this were waived or discounted for staying guests. We also felt a bit uncomfortable as it was quite apparent that two of the waiters (one medium height with black hair dressed in all black, and the other with short reddish/orange hair wearing a white t-shirt and black pants) were talking about us after we sat down. This detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

처음엔 문을 열자마자 침대가 보여서 아쉬웠습니다 하지만 끝내주는 전망과 친절한 서비스로 2박 내내 편안했습니다 조식도 맛있고 무엇보다 위치가 넘 좋아요 호텔 바로앞에 지하철 2,10 호선이 있구요 차없는 거리라 안전하게 다니기도 좋았습니다 단점이라면... 룸에 있는 욕조는 크구요 수영장과 짐은 작아요

The concierge staff (didn’t manage to get his name but he seems to be someone senior) helped me to check with the courier service and managed to track that the parcel was at the courier office. He helped to arrange with the courier for me to pick it up on my way to the airport. The bellboy (his name is Victor) helped me to call for a Premium XL car to the airport. He also helped me to request the driver to send me to the courier office to collect my parcel on the way to the airport. He even helped to pay the driver first and I then transferred money to him via WeChat. He could speak English proficiently and was really of great help to explain to the driver since my Mandarin wasn’t as proficient. The fantastic service from the hotel staff made my stay at the Shanghai Edition all the more memorable! I must say that the staff all look really good too! 🙂 If I ever go back Shanghai, I’ll be staying at the Shanghai Edition again for sure!

Our stay at The Shanghai EDITION was exceptional from start to finish. First and foremost, I want to commend the staff, they were extremely helpful, professional, and polite throughout our entire stay. The room was perfect, offering a stunning view of both The Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower. The location couldn’t be better, within walking distance to all the main attractions along Nanjing Road, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. While the hotel is on the pricier side, I believe it’s absolutely worth it. The breakfast was a solid 10/10, delicious, with a great variety, and I would highly recommend including it in your stay. The only downside to our visit occurred at the rooftop bar on the evening of September 12th. Unfortunately, the hostess assumed we were not hotel guests without asking for a room number, which felt dismissive. Additionally, the rooftop terrace has a high minimum spend requirement, it would be nice if this were waived or discounted for staying guests. We also felt a bit uncomfortable as it was quite apparent that two of the waiters (one medium height with black hair dressed in all black, and the other with short reddish/orange hair wearing a white t-shirt and black pants) were talking about us after we sat down. This detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

Loved everything! Just a fantastic property...lovely staff at reception and concierge, such a stunning room & view, team at the bar...all 5*. Also wonderful location...will look forward to returning one day!

처음엔 문을 열자마자 침대가 보여서 아쉬웠습니다 하지만 끝내주는 전망과 친절한 서비스로 2박 내내 편안했습니다 조식도 맛있고 무엇보다 위치가 넘 좋아요 호텔 바로앞에 지하철 2,10 호선이 있구요 차없는 거리라 안전하게 다니기도 좋았습니다 단점이라면... 룸에 있는 욕조는 크구요 수영장과 짐은 작아요
