This is a lovely little guest house right next to the old town. It's literally a few steps away. As such, the room I had had a great view over the sea, the castle and the city walls, while being sound proof so that the traffic and sound of the tourists couldn't be noticed.
The room was comfortable, with a good bed, enough power outlets and it was clean. Shared facilities (kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet) were sufficient for the three rooms and definitely clean as well. I'm pretty sure the owner loves purple and loved to put a feminine touch on the interior design.
Unfortunately, I never got to meet the host. I just found an unlocked door and a note to my room, and two other guests, but I haven't seen anyone during the days (probably because I was out exploring Dubrovnik). Perhaps we meet a next time, because if I have a chance to get back to this city, I'll definitely look for availability here.

Beautiful little property in a great location just outside the old town walls, so great for seeing all the sights. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers.

It was clean throughout my stay. Although I don’t know why other guest leave their dirty dishes for the cleaner? There is washing up liquid there. Location is fantastic. The lock on my door wasn’t the easiest and the toilet door needs a little oil. Found it easy to find and get into. Had no problems with noise. Will stay again

Luego de una fallida reservación por la página de Hoteles tuve que Reservar esta habitación y mi pesadilla continuó, nunca me enviaron las indicaciones para el check in, estuve cuatro horas esperando que me den el código de la caja de seguridad que tenía la llaves. Escribí a la propieda, al servicio al cliente de hoteles que también es un desastre y recién después de cuatro horas después de la hora de check in pude ingresar. Pésima experiencia, no se lo deseo a nadie.

Contactamos a la propiedad un día antes para ver si podíamos dejar las maletas, a lo cual nos dijeron que no (cuestión que entendemos), pero no nos dijeron cómo era el proceso de check in ni nos brindaron información al respecto. Por lo que al día siguiente estuvimos 2 horas esperando hasta que nos dieron respuesta.
No se comunican apenas por WhatsApp y en llamada nos costó contactarlos.
La habitación muy estándar, dos baños compartidos y una ducha para 4 habitaciones de hasta 8 personas. Es caro para lo que ofrece. Lo único que no tiene desperdicio es la ubicación. Está muy cerca de las murallas de la Old City.

The reason why I didn't give a better qualification it's because of the noise. You don't have privacy. You here everything and people don't respect the rules. Other guests were listening loud music untill late at night, talking loud and acting at two in the morning as it was like midday. That's not the owner's fault but rules should be clear to everyone. Respect it's the key. The other thing was the toilet. Everytime you flush the toilet or tap water starts running it makes a high sound. It sounded like a trumpet. And that's not funny when you try to sleep and people are going to the toilet late at night. I know it can be fixed.
The owner was kind, the rooms were clean and just four minutes walking to the old City.

Accommodation not signed. No instructions given on how to enter. Junk at front entrance.
Room was kids room.
No garbage in room.
No Kleenex.
Only a thin bed sheet for a blanket.
Washroom not cleaned the
entire time, even tho it was a shared washroom with around 6 people using it daily.
Lots of improvements to be made.

La navette aeroport vous dépose à proximité, arrêt pile, ensuite ça monte un peu, inutile de prendre l'itinéraire " hilton hotel", il y a un parking scooter= couper en montant et c'est à gauche à 150m..
Trés sympa le grill pour faire panino..propre, securit, proximité vieille ville..
