Good location. Didnt like the fact that hotel does not have a fridge, even when i requested for them to help me store some food stuff, they say no cause they are eco friendly. I dont see the link, when the appliances in the room are not eco friendly but cheap appliances that you can find in common stores. Staff was friendly to help print stuff. Hotel has no AC but fan is provided. For the luxurious price, i dont think i am getting luxurious feel or service. Not forgetting they did not change my towels when i put them on the toilet bowl seat. They just hang it back on the hanger. And the bugs that appeared in the bathroom. Overall, i think i will spend the money elsewhere next time.

Centralt placeret i København kun fem minutters gang fra hovedbanegården. Venligt personale. Rigtig fin morgenmadsbuffet. Hyggeligt hotel med flotte detaljer og hyggelig baggård man kan sidde i. Mit værelse lå i stueetagen hvor man kan høre folk gå forbi ude på gaden - også sent på aftenen. Sengen var lidt blød, men det er jo en smagssag. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme igen, men bede om et værelse på en højere etage.

Overall a hotel that focuses more on design and greenwashing than comfort. Weird bulbous floor lamps and bamboo decorations that take up half the floor space and make it difficult to walk around the room. Strange hours for the spa that supposedly make it more sustainable. It was a nice enough hotel for the price, but don't expect a lot. The first room they put us in was on the ground floor on an inside courtyard and the windows were screwed shut and the fan did not work. It was also next to some kind of ventilation system that made a really loud noise. There was a nice stand alone tub in this room. We complained about the noise and they moved us to a quiet room on the 3rd floor. This room was much smaller. We were disappointed that the limited hours for the spa (which they say are limited to reduce emissions?) are right in the middle of dinner time. They would be better off having a few hours in the morning when nothing else in the city is open.

This is a lovely hotel just steps from the Copenhagen train station. There are excellent bars and restaurants within g walking distance and it is easy to explore the city by bike or transit. The spa is worth the fee although the hours could be better. The breakfast is well priced and of excellent quality. The bar is a good spot to have a quick drink in between sightseeing.
