Very close to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli! The hotel itself is nicely decorated and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Also the roof lounge area was very nice.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating when my mom was sick during her travels. Thank you so much for helping her! Can't beat the location, close proximity to a grocery and wonderful sandwich shop as well as Vesterbro area!

Kun roomservice hver fjerde dag. Personalet i receptionen er flinke, og gør hvad de kan. Men vores check-in var åbenbart meget kompliceret og vi fik først det rigtige værelse i tredje forsøg. 1 værelse var optaget da vi åbnede døren. Andet værelse var ikke klargjort. Det var lidt irriterende.

Money doesn’t go far in Copenhagen. It’s a very expensive city so you need to pay more in your budget for accommodation or you end up in an ordinary place. The bed was comfy but only 1 pillow, no hot water jug. Breakfast was good though.
The room was not made up, nor were towels changed during our 3 day stay, to save water ( or to save labour costs) . We had to go down down down to reception to ask for towels.

There is nothing comfortable about this cheapskate hotel! We stayed on a hot weekend and the air conditioning didn’t work. We had 2 uncomfortable, sweaty nights where we couldn’t sleep. The issue was reported and Maintenance came but we were told that it was an old building and it was to be expected! Also, the single beds were like sleeping on a washing line and housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms. Towels were covered in dirty black marks on arrival and had to be switched. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in recent times.

This hotel has a very excellent location. Walking distance to the tourist info center, train station and a lot of restaurants around. There is a convenience store beside it too.
The room is very basic it is a pretty good size and has a lot of outlets. It does not even have a table to put things on. No phone in the room.
No safe and the room gets cleaned every 4 days so you have to go to the front desk to ask for towels or toilet paper.
The staff was helpful giving me info about the train and booked a taxi for me for the return home. There is a laundry area where you can wash your clothes.
A good hotel with very basic amenities.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación. En poco más de 20 minutos andando estás en Nyhavn. El desayuno está bien, variado y con opciones de gluten free. Instalaciones limpias y muy silenciosas.
Por el contrario, el hotel tiene una política de no limpieza más que a la cuarta noche. Mi familia y yo estuvimos 3 noches, y aparte de no venir a limpiar o a cambiar las toallas, tampoco vinieron a quitar la basura. Cada vez más hoteles te cargan full price pero los servicios van disminuyendo (en razón de convertirse en “verdes”). Éramos tres personas y no hubo un solo día que vinieran a quitar la basura. Creo que hay unos mínimos cuando vas a un hotel. Muy mal en ese aspecto.

It was a pleasant stay, staff was always nice and the rooms are quite confortabile considering the fact that we were always away visiting the city. The Building Is near the central station and the metro, so you can move easily, but for us was easier visiting Copenhagen by foot.
Also the breakfast has great choices, most salty but there were a fair choice of sweets.
In the end was a very comfort stay!

We were 3 couples, all staying in the 5th floor. The 3 rooms varied in amenities. Closet. We (the seniors of the family) had two bars and the hangers kept falling off. The other two had a rod. Much better. We had a deep (I mean deep!) slippery, narrow tub with a shower at one end. Showering was a bit terrifying without grab bars (we are in our 70’s.). One other couple had the same. The other had a walk in shower. We had little room at the foot of the bed. The other two had about one extra meter. The difference, I suppose, is because of the exterior roof. But all this to say, if you are assigned the 5th floor, ask questions first!
But the bed was comfortable and there was decent bathroom counter space. Centrally located for Tivoli and Hop On/Off sightseeing buses. grocery store next door, lots of dining options.
