Fue un resort muy bueno a decir verdad, definitivamente me volvería a hospedar. Las instalaciones y actividades son buenas.
El único inconveniente que le vi es que no te dejan sacar snacks del restaurante y a veces está muy lleno y la espera es larga.

Amenities have been reduced. No bath scale, no umbrella, no room fruit plate, no newspaper. Basically no surprise delights like turn down at night

We loved the beaches , hotel room was nice! AC went out one day and they fixed it right away and it was good for the rest of the trip. I would say buffet was a 7/10 not bad and decent restaurant meals! We would defiantly go back :)

I have been to Punta Cana almost every summer of my childhood and it has changed a lot. Many rude staff members ignoring me. I had to leave 2 days earlier because of this.

We enjoyed the entire property, from its well maintained green areas to food and mostly hospitality. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The pizza and tacos crew, to the restaurants staff.
A BIG shoutout for Joceline Ortiz Medina & William Altagracia. Joceline went above & beyond the line! She was very hospitable, attentive and provided us with an outstanding service and always with a smile and such a wonderful attitude! William gave us an amazing service, he would give us every drink from cup of water to a beer with a smile, positive attitude and “es un placer”!! Thank you so much to all the people working (behind the scenes; cooks, dishwashers, etc. )gardeners, waitresses, towels crew, pool crew etc…that made our trip a wonderful experience!!! We now want to go back and will def go back!!!! Than YOU!

Loved my stay! Although it was very difficult to communicate with most of the staff as no one really understands English or they would ignore you to pay attention to their coworkers instead of the guests. Otherwise it was a beautiful place, good food. Just wish the service was better
