Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Occidental Punta Cana - All Inclusive

We had a terrible time at this hotel. I have been to many hotels in punta cana and nothing comes close to this mess of a place. They left us 2 days without water to shower or use the bathroom and refused to give us another room stating they would fix it and never did untill 10 mins before our checkout. The bathrooms were dirty. The house keeper one of the days cleaned our room and instead of bringing new towels she folded our old ones back. And so many other things . Stay away from this place and go else where . I recommend any other hotel

I like how nice and clean the beach was also how easy it was to walk around the property the services were very nice

The resort was nice with good entertainment and the beach was nice. The food during the day was not the best. Also, at night the bars ran out of drinks and it was a bit hectic trying to get one. Overall it was a good resort

The property was to be expected as to any of these resorts. But going on spring break with 100s of college students they ran out of alcohol. The swim up bar was impossible to get to with all the kids. The staff wasnt friendly even if you tipped them. My butler, Jensy was all in all a 10☆!!! He deserved all the credit for this resort. This is my 5th resort and id say its a 6☆

O hotel é muito bonito e tem uma estrutura muito bacana! Os funcionários de forma geral bem proativos e gentis. Tivemos uma experiência ruim com uma comida (purê de batatas) que estava azedo, mas logo trocaram o prato. No ultimo dia o chuveiro demorou muito a esquentar. Fora isso foram dias muito agradáveis!

This resort met our expectations. The rooms are clean, our patio was my favorite part. The beach is gorgeous and the staff do a wonderful job at keeping up with the property and customers requests. My only negative is the sales pressures, from the spa attendees to the peddlers on the beach..but even they were nice, so not much negative to say there!

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel! What we liked: 1. VERY tasty food in the main buffet! 10/10 2. Clean and not very crowded beach 3. Cheerful and friendly people who often sing - the atmosphere is super! 4. Beautiful hotel and the atmosphere by the pools and in the area! What we didn't like: 1. Rooms - we had 2 rooms: in the first one we were flooded, it is not clear how, and there were also cockroaches, and in the second room there were also cockroaches. 2. The a la carte restaurants were not very impressive, the service was as if they did it "reluctantly", the food was not as tasty as in the buffets. 3. The staff were slow in solving our problems with changing the room or other issues, it was obvious that they did not want to deal with this. We waited about an hour each time.

Terrible service basicially left us for the side of the road when they had problems with third party which I booked through and they knew they would be paid

The beach is beautiful. The a la cartes were really good as well as the service in them. Public facilities were clean. I am not a fussy eater but the buffet food had no variety or selection and was not good, it was the only time I've been away that finding food was hard and we all had stomach issues every day. We are tippers and social people but the majority of staff are not friendly nor do they seem to care about tips or trying to make conversation especially animation whose response was no speak English. While I understand they speak Spanish we tried with broken Spanish and even Google translate but if you didn't speak their language they were not interested in communicating with you at all. Housekeeping was also horrible, I still couldn't tell you who it was, they have no interest in meeting you or helping you (yes we still tipped). Room was never really clean and they kept locking our patio door even though we were right outside and our main door didn't close unless you pulled it tight and we came back a few times where they left it open after cleaning. We also paid for an upgraded Oceanview room but we were put on the ground floor with no Oceanview.

My bathroom was a swamp the AC was leaking it’s was like a sauna in there the workers were great

The hotel staff is low level. Doesn't speak English. Exactly at 08.30 in the morning the staff walks along the beach and takes all the beach towels from the sun loungers and then demands payment of $20 for their return. There are no clean towels in the room. They take them away during cleaning and give them back upon request. Old rooms, where the sockets don't work. They still haven't been able to fix them.

The beach was great. I wish there was more shady spots around the pool.

Food was horrible. Room had so many mosquitoes. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one night

Overall the property was okay. Numerous interruptions in our room from maintenance to housekeeping. Food was mediocre and you were lucky if it was warm. If you put your beach towel out on a chair too early the staff takes it but yet they don’t tell you what time is too early. The air conditioning quit working 2 days before we left and nothing was done about it.

Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.

Las instalaciones bastante aceptables, Atención al Cliente regular, nunca se pudo reservar en los restaurantes a la carta, check out pésimo.
