The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Staff give as fresh and worm breakfast on top of the roof.

Mohamed was a good host and good communication and was very helpful. We did not get the apartment that we had reserved, he did put us in a different building. But our rooms did not have a view, which was why I booked it in the first place. In Egypt things are just run alittle different. Always check prices, everyone is trying to get as much money out of you as possible.

This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was a nightmare—thick layers of dust coated every surface, the carpet was torn and stained, and the overwhelming stench of cat urine made it unbearable to stay. The toilet was filthy, and despite the listing claiming there was a kitchen, there wasn’t one. The balcony? A dirty, grimy mess. And the Wi-Fi? Completely useless—constantly dropping and slower than dial-up. When I brought these unacceptable conditions to management, he acted clueless, claiming he had no idea about the state of the room and even had the audacity to thank me for pointing it out. Really? How can management not know the condition of his own property? The dishonesty was obvious. When I asked for a refund, he passed the responsibility to Hotels.com. But when Hotels.com contacted him, he suddenly changed their story—claiming he wasn’t the “right person” to process refunds and outright denying ever discussing the matter with me. This isn’t just poor management; it’s a calculated scam. They know exactly what they’re doing: taking money, providing unlivable, filthy conditions, and then hiding behind excuses and lies when confronted. Save yourself the frustration, anger, and wasted money. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just a bad experience—it’s a blatant fraud. An absolute disgrace!

They were great. It took us a few minutes to find it at night since it’s under construction. The staff worked as more of a guest house and they were amazing.

Al llegar a Giza y al momento de hacer el check in nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba disponible y que nos darían otra en un lugar distinto para descansar y que al día siguiente nos tendríamos que mover ya que era de un precio más elevado, al finalizar nuestra conversación al respecto no dieron una habitación en otra zona, esta habitación era muy bonita sin embargo la zona era complicada para acceder, más bien confusa para poder llegar en Uber sin embargo Farruko quien es el encargado/dueño nos ayudó muchísimo y fue muy amable todo el tiempo.

I really don’t understand how this accomodation could have positive reviews so far. The room was dirty, the wifi didn’t work, there was no jot water. The landlord told us we should have plugged the boiler inte the socket, which was taped with electrical tape. There was no mention of the bottle of wine for the silver membership. I would not recomment it.

Just another 1 star hotel disguised as a 4 star hotel. The pictures in the listing are not a fair representation of what you are getting. If the listing images matched the hotel room, I would leave 5 stars.... But the thing is, tourists get cheated and scammed so much in this country, they just want a small safe haven to rest and re-charge. It's honestly that simple. It's not rocket science. I say this because this is a hospitality business. My expectation would be low for things like: a butcher, a supermarket etc etc, but this is a hotel providing a service for tourists. But to be honest, NOBODY seems to do that, unless you stay at an American hotel chain and pay astronomical prices. The TV didn't work. The antenna had been pulled out of the box. The windows didn't close properly, so the mosquitos kept flying in and attacking us in the night. Bed was dirty. Room didnt match website images. The double room has cats in there, so i was sneezing a lot. The twin room was ok, but it meant i had to sleep seperate from my partner. The microwave and cooker was broken in the communal area. Communal area smells of cat pee. Stray cats and dogs come in here in the night and sleep here. Drain smelt. Only one power point (outlet) in the whole room. But my biggest problem and the reason for even writing this review was the owners were shouting and arguing SO LOUD at 7:30am right outside our room for 10 minutes. That is so disrespectful. So now, you can get an honest review in return

Family run hotel/b&b where everyone is incredibly welcoming and helpful, much better than staying in a soulless chain hotel. The room is a stones throw from the entrance to the pyramids, and the view from room incredible. Hotel is able to arrange trip and tours guides, in our case arranging our tour for the next morning when arriving at 9pm. Oh and again the view!

The hosts are the super host. We 20 people stayed there only for their excellent service. The hotel quality is not very our standard, but Farouq and his team took good care of us.

Supongo que nos enviaron a otro hotel porque el vuelo llegó tarde y no lográbamos encontrar taxi. Le dieron indicaciones diferentes al conductor respecto a la dirección piblicada. Las fotos no corresponden en lo absoluto. La zona es lúgubre, oscura y parece peligrosa. Puedes llegar caminando a las pirámides. Las escaleras olían a orines y la habitación era deplorable. Pienso que las calificaciones positivas que tiene este hotel deben ser únicamente por el servicio, ya que fueron muy amables al teléfono y al llegar al hotel. No me quedé y agradezco que me hayan ofrecido poder cancelar. Tuve que conseguir otro hotel pasada la media noche.

This hotel cheated its guest. Played bait and switch. Stay away from it. The worst experience I ever had.

El edificio esta muy viejo y los cuartos no se parecen mucho a las fotos publicadas, el personal fue atento y servicial sin embargo, nos ofrecieron un tour cual ellos decian era lo mas barato y por no saber lo tomamos, ya despues al ver los costos reales, el tour que nos dieron estana al menos 4 veces mas caro de lo normal y ellos fueron muy insisitences que lo tomaramos, al tal punto que decidimos cambiarnos de hotel ya que no podiamos ni respirar sin que el equipo del hotel estuviera ahi con nosotros queriendo vender mas dias de tour, eso realmente no me gusto.

The inn is great for the area, but condition could use a boost. My husband slipped in the bathroom when stepped out of the tub. Bedroom floor has some kind of thown-on carpet with edges sticking up. Don't know why they use those dark carpet to cover beautiful tiles. Neighborhood was noisy all night long. We could hear the car, the horse/camel galloping up and down on the street, the men argument in arabic.. Seems like the area never sleep. Staffs are all friendly and super supportive, though you have to let them know what you need; It could be the culture.. Great thanks to Ibrahim.

Lovely views of the pyramids...room was good for what you pay...had no hot water for the second day ... Wifi was average....but overall nice little hotel..

ホテルからピラミッドエントランスまでが徒5分くらいで朝一のクフ王のピラミッド入れて貴重な体験できました。スタッフもこちらのニーズを理解して良い距離でとても優しかった。また来たら泊まりたいです。

Mein Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf die drei großen Pyramiden, grossartig. Der Eingang zum Pyramidenkomplex ist sehr nahe (Eingang beim Sphinx, dort waren nicht alle möglichen Tickets verfügbar, den Eintritt zur Mykerinos Pyramide konnte ich aber vor Ort online nachlösen.) Auch sind einige Lädchen für Getränke und Speisen in der Nähe. Das Frühstück im Hotel war an allen drei Tagen verschieden und jedesmal lecker. Flughafentransfer konnte vom Hotel vororganisiert werden, war mit 25 Dollar wohl recht teuer, hat aber wunderbar geklappt (ich weiss, man soll feilschen, dass ist aber nicht so meins). Eine Rundfahrt (nach Dahschur und Sakkara, danach Transfer ins alte Agyptische Museum im Zentrum) konnte auch von Herrn Mustafa an der Rezeption organisiert werden und kostete mich 35 Dollar, wahrscheinlich auch vergleichsweise teuer (s.o.), auf der Strasse wurde es mir aber auch für das doppelte angeboten. Das Badezimmer hat gut funktioniert, mich hat nicht gestört, dass die Dusche nicht abgetrennt ist. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die auch sehr leise eingestellt werden konnte. Leider vermittelt der unsauber verlegte Teppichboden keinen sehr reinlichen Eindruck, obwohl die Sauberkeit wohl OK war. Ganz toll ist die Dachterasse, auf der auch das Frühstück serviert wurde und die auch einen direkten Blick auf die Pyramiden bietet. Fazit: ich würde mich freuen hier wieder unterzukommen. Empfehlung.
