Nice warm people who really do their utmost to make your stay as a guest as nice as possible. In close proximity of the Giza Plateau and the GEM and with several dining options in the vicinity. I will never forget the special Newyears eve with the special buffet and dancers and the joy we had with the staff. Good value for money and most certainly advisable as a place from where you can easily visit the familiar places in and around Cairo. Thank you all! With love, Jeroen (and Colin)

The room itself was good, but there was a terrible smell, so we had to be moved to another room. Breakfast was good, and the servers were friendly and helpful. Be cautious about the “free” airport shuttle when booking—this is only available if you book four consecutive nights. This condition is not clearly advertised during booking; instead, the hotel sends a separate email after the reservation is made. Ahmer was very helpful and arranged two day tours for us, as well as the airport shuttle. The first day tour was excellent—the guide, Ibrahim (the younger one), was amazing and showed us everything he could. However, the second day’s guide, also named Ibrahim (the middle-aged one), seemed disengaged, had limited knowledge of the sites, and tried to finish by 3 p.m. even though we still had two and a half hours left. He spent much of the time sleeping or on his phone

The breakfast was really , good with a variety of local dishes that I probably wouldn’t have tried, but enjoyed it all. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would really recommend the 2 day tour of Cairo arranged by the hotel for us, the tour guide was great and shared some great knowledge with us.

Room according to my expectation, cleaning well done, breakfast with a large variety to choose from, swimming pool only decoration (no one swims there), bring ear plugs for quiet nights, since there is always someone talking in the yard. Avoid going on a tour organized by the hotel's desk staff! One guy took advantage of us by promising a good price, in the end I paid way too much for visiting the pyramids on a camel!!

I recently stayed at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel for four nights, and my experience was less than satisfactory. While the morning front desk staff were very friendly, I encountered several issues during my stay. I was promised a room change due to the lack of windows in my room, which made it feel quite claustrophobic. Unfortunately, despite my request, my room was never changed. The afternoon staff asked me to return to my room and assured me that they would call to confirm the switch, but I never received that call. In addition, there was no room service provided throughout my entire stay. The garbage was not picked up, which was quite disappointing. It left me with the impression that perhaps service is tied to tips, as I did not feel valued as a guest. I also felt disrespected when my requests were ignored and my questions went unanswered. Regrettably, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends in North America based on my experience.

With a few minor tweaks this could be a very nice stay. The price was good, and the convenience to the pyramids was appreciated. Très agréable séjour, deux hôtels dont le « Jasmine Pyramid », donnent dans une très grande cour intérieure à ciel ouvert ce qui permet de ne pas subir la chaleur et le bruit. La piscine dans la cour n’est pas utilisée, mais il y a une très belle piscine intérieure 5x20 (chauffée, j’ai adoré !! Après les journées de visites c’est fun).j’ai trouvé la chambre en bon état générale et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner, simple mais avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien se restaurer, de plus des boissons fraîches restent disponible toute la journée. L’ensemble du Personnel ainsi que la Direction sont sympathiques et disponibles. Pour la visite des Pyramides l’entrée est à 5mn à pied et pour le grand musée à 25 mn également à pied. Pour Sakkara on évite en très grande partie à la circulation du Caire et on peut s’y rendre en 30mn de voiture. Dans ce petit complexe il existe aussi un bon restaurant en terrasse au 5 éme étage pleine face aux pyramides (tarifs plus que raisonnable et vue imprenable.

Très agréable séjour, deux hôtels dont le « Jasmine Pyramid », donnent dans une très grande cour intérieure à ciel ouvert ce qui permet de ne pas subir la chaleur et le bruit. La piscine dans la cour n’est pas utilisée, mais il y a une très belle piscine intérieure 5x20 (chauffée, j’ai adoré !! Après les journées de visites c’est fun).j’ai trouvé la chambre en bon état générale et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner, simple mais avec tout ce qu’il faut pour bien se restaurer, de plus des boissons fraîches restent disponible toute la journée. L’ensemble du Personnel ainsi que la Direction sont sympathiques et disponibles. Pour la visite des Pyramides l’entrée est à 5mn à pied et pour le grand musée à 25 mn également à pied. Pour Sakkara on évite en très grande partie à la circulation du Caire et on peut s’y rendre en 30mn de voiture. Dans ce petit complexe il existe aussi un bon restaurant en terrasse au 5 éme étage pleine face aux pyramides (tarifs plus que raisonnable et vue imprenable.
