The most beautiful room ever!! Spotless, stunning views!! Location incredible!
Breakfast was so fresh and delicious!

Lovely clean accommodation. Staff are very friendly. Free onsite parking is a bonus! Didnt have breakfast but the food area is spotless and breakfast smelt good. Area is in a great location. It got a bit hot in the night even though the heating wasn't on, but other than that we had a good stay and definitely would stay again.

Couldn’t wait to check out!!! 1 night stay in sea view double. The surfaces of the old furniture in the room were sticky/dirty. TV did not work and staff were not able to help/unhelpful. No hairdryer in the room. Shower in affective and old. Lots of local druggy people hang around the area/outside hotel so did not feel safe at all.( class A drug addicts) Woken in the night with a fight outside on the street. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!! Parking was £17.50 outside on the street. Explained my issues at check. Told manager would contact me. I haven’t had a call or an email.

Et hyggelig b & b med utsikt over piren. Rommene var rene, sengene gode, dusjen hadde godt trykk og håndklærne var tykke. Vi bodd i rom 1 på ground floor, var eneste ledige når vi booket. Litt lite rom, men hadde alt vi trengte, kaffemaskin, vannkoker, badekåper, tøfler og utsikt over piren.
Frokosten var helt fantastisk, som besto av et lite utvalg av müsli, frukt, juice, kaffe og te. I tillegg til en frokostmeny med varme retter å velge mellom. Anbefaler virkelig å spise frokost på hotellet.

Great place to stay nice room with a great view and very nice bathroom also had a small fridge with 2 cans of complimentary water also plenty of tea and coffee etc it was great to have the choice of using the kettle (could do with descaling) or Nespresso machine. Check in was great very friendly member of staff who explained everything, there was a nice area for breakfast also plenty of places to eat out. Outside the hotel were a couple of bus stops so great for those of us who do not drive. Next time I visit Brighton this will be my first choice to stay.

This is an Amazing hotel our room really is a hotel with a view ! Super value for money Cleaned daily and coffee and water topped up. Been to Brighton many times and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed in. Will definitely return.

Our stay was lovely. We were greeted at the door. The room and parking were exactly as described, actually they were better than described.
Check in was personal and quick, as was check out. All staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was perfect.

Had an excellent stay at this property. Lovely welcome when we arrived from the owner.
Polite and Friendly waitress at breakfast time. Room was a lovely size . We stayed in the sea view room with balcony. Lovely clean bathroom and a comfy bed with comfy pillows.
Added bonus was free onsite parking. Perfect location
