The rooms are absolutely quiet and nice. With the small kitchen inside we felt like home. And it provided us with an opportunity to have a small snack without leaving the room.
Even though it was not directly in London we liked it exactly like that. After being in the crowded city we came back to have a coffee in one of the small cafes in the vicinity.
The service personnel was really attentive: for example they tried to get us tickets for ABBA and the Sky Garden on short notice or remembered my special wish for breakfast the other day. Thank you, we are coming back!

Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines
Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍

Always friendly ,clean and meets our needs. Brilliant location and facilities. Close to Stratford station. Peaceful and quiet nights sleep but they really do need to provide 2 pillows !!! The one pillow was as flat as a pancake too !

1 bedroom with a double and a single sofa bed, well equipped kitchen.
The shower had been fitted with an inward hinged door rather than a slide or a screen. It was a squeeze to get round it and we are fairly normal sized!
really good location close to tube, Westfield and DLR, on edge of Olympic Park, staff were really friendly. Really quiet could not hear neighbours or corridor noise. Planning to use it again

The staff are lovely and friendly and helpful, it’s relaxed, easy going, v convenient for the train network and the rooms with the little kitchenette are fab!! Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Lovely hotel with plenty of amenities for a long stay use. Lots of hanging space for clothes and a quiet area.
Not great with check in though. We arrived at 2.59pm to be told check in was at 3pm but there were 4 people before us and they had to wait for the staff to arrive. They turned up at 3.05pm then had a conversation and set up various devices to check us in. We were hanging around waiting when the staff should have been ready to go at 3pm. Not sure why it is 3pm when most hotels let you check in earlier.
