Great location and price for a studio apartment. So clean and spacious for a business stay, nice studio and great WiFi to work whilst there too. Nice shop by reception to grab some food too to have in the apartment

It was amazing, really lovely apartment and comes with appliances such as pots and pans, staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back

The spacious and fully equipped apartment was a great base for our break in Birmingham. Close to the centre, and even had two large tellys. Really helpful reception staff.

I decided to book Aparthotel and give it a try rather than booking the usual serviced apartments in Birmingham town centre. The apartment itself was a good size and all the bits you need were available. The only things that let it down was the customer service on check in could have been better as well as when we asked another person at reception to check out later. The bedding had stains on it as well as the towels, so we had to request new ones. It was poor that we had to spend time changing the bedding late in the evening when we checked in. Besides these things the overall stay was not bad.

This was my second stay here.
Overall an enjoyable stay, just occasional noise from the next room.
Get a room facing St.Chads Cathedral for the best views.

Unfortunately drug use seems to be a big issue there now. Stunk of weed in hallways/ elevator, outside the front and through the windows regularly during the days there which was really not suitable for kids.
That was aside from the 5 attempts to try get the Aircon consistently working and were stuck in 23.5c heat in arrival to following morning.
