Very nice location and great finish to the rooms, all you could ever need!

amazing stay for two nights with helpful staff! theres also a shop downstairs which is open 24/7 and that was such a useful amenity!

Nice place and placed well

Our weekend was ruined from the start. We were assigned a room with broken AC during freezing weather. Instead of helping, the front desk was dismissive and told us to fix it ourselves. After we insisted, we were moved to a second room, but the AC unit was locked and uncontrollable.Management severely needs to train their staff on basic customer service and inspect rooms before guests arrive.

Good location, very friendly and efficient staff. All of the facilities in the room were good condition. Having a shop on site is also a good bonus

We only stayed for one night which seemed almost a shame. Super clean room with more ammenities than we had use for. The nisa attached to the hub also super helpful with everything we needed. Would stay again :).

Clean rooms & friendly personal

Fabulous place to stay. A few minutes’ walk from everything in central Birmingham, yet remarkably quiet at night, which is rare. The bed was lovely and comfortable, and I really liked the apart-hotel layout with the kitchen and lounge separate from the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped (there was even a whisk!), and it was great to have a washing machine and a full-size hair dryer too. Bathroom was excellent. As a wheelchair user, I’d give both the hotel and the room ten out of ten for accessibility. The receptionist went the extra mile when I checked in, making sure I had everything I needed, carefully noting my requirements in an emergency, and then accompanying me to my room and pointing out the emergency refuges along the way. That kind of attention genuinely makes a difference. I also loved the well-stocked food shop attached to the hotel. If you have a Blue Badge, there’s plentiful free street parking right outside, and being next to a large police station made leaving the car on the street feel very safe. Ten out of ten all round. Highly recommended, especially for disabled travellers, though honestly it’s a great stay for anyone.

This is a really smart hotel, in an ideal location. It's modern and your stay almost feels like you're staying in your own apartment - rather than a hotel... Hence the name I guess!

Good staff but unfortunately a noisy room with banging above for a large part of the stay and a soft, sagging bed, so rolling into the middle all night and waking up with a bad back.

The room was lovely and spacious. Location was convenient, with a nisa local attached to the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the property well maintained.
