I didn’t like the Bathroom. I didn’t like the place.

Location would have been good if the metro wasn't down for maintenance that day.

It’s fine if you need a place to stay briefly. No ensuite but it’s very close to the station. It’s a little hard to find, I walked by it several times before I actually found it. The placement on

Just disgusting, I’ve already filed a formal complaint to Expedia and am expecting my full money back. The building stank, the bed was mouldy and had hairs on from the previous guest, so the bedding clearly wasn’t cleaned or changed. The whole flat was filthy and to make things worse my “room” had a huge piece of the wall missing in the top right hand side wall, meaning that it was neither private nor secure, literally anyone could’ve jumped up and climbed in my room at any time so the lockable door was useless. I didn’t feel safe, decided not to even stay over in the end, luckily I had a friend outside of London who was able to help me. Don’t think any property of this standard should be featured on Expedia, I thought they did quality control checks and I trusted this site. As for the ARS Guest House simply don’t bother, there’s obviously a reason that it’s cheap but it’s seriously disgusting this standard of cleanliness, it’s not sanitary, surely a clean bed is the absolute minimum for a new guest checking in right?!
