Really nice Hotel , friendly Staff , lovely warm rooms, plenty of hot water , good powerful shower Full English Buffet included..

Room was very clean, had housekeeping everyday changed the towels and clean the room, breakfast served from 6:30 am weekdays, plenty parking spaces

There was plenty of parking, friendly reception staff took me to my room. Pleasant breakfast experience with boiled eggs.

Our room was unhabitable, with urine and blood stains all over the mattress. We left within the hour (as soon as we uncovered this). The hotel have since refused to refund our booking, despite highlighting these health concerns. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!

Good friendly staff and a good location, plenty of parking. The room was clean and tidy. Good choice for the proce we paid

Used the hotel as a stop over for a football game.Rooms are a little tired,but clean.Breakfast was very good.Overall good value for money.

It was an ok place to stay for working away. Cheap with early breakfast timings, the breakfast buffet was really nice and the curry I had on an evening was great. Several things really let things down, I had to stay in several rooms over the course of 6 nights as one had a broken shower tray, one had a childs toilet seat fitted to a regular toilet which meant I couldn't sit down on it and the other had no TV signal at all. They all had grubby shower cubicles with black mold all over the grout and shower heads and one released a drain smell when you used the shower. The carpark has several abandonded cars with flat tyres in it. I was constantly asked to leave reviews at evening meal and breakfast which was very annoying as I was trying to eat, the staff would bring over the 'tap to review' slate and stand there waiting whilst I was just wanting to eat and mind my own business. I said I would do it when I checked out but was still asked at breakfast all the time. The final night 2 members of staff started emptying wheelie bins into a larger metal bin at 02:45am and made a huge amount of noise. Smashing glass, banging and loud talking/laughing; completely unacceptable. It wasn't bad for what I needed it for which is a place to sleep, wash and eat in the morning, definately a hotel suited to tradesmen working away.

Much better than longlands 100yrds away . But whoever was running up n down the corridor all night doors banging .constantly i get no sleep which is why i rated it low.

This Hotel has a genuine Kerala experience restaurant that you could only experience here or in Kerala, India itself. You don't have to fly to Kerala to experience genuine Kerala food.

Hotel looked in need of renovation especially the rooms as they were all looking tired and worn out with fixtures and fitting falling apart, cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing and bed linens were not good either
