Nice place to stay, liked it

Very clean room with a lovely shower. The treats left were a nice touch! Easy to find with good clear instructions, easy to get into the property. Felt safe there. A lovely little cafe just down the road (the bouncing bomb), def worth a visit and the locals were very friendly. A short walk to the sea, with a lovely walk along the promenade to Westgate on Sea (took us an hour but we’re not fast walkers!)

I had a most enjoyable stay at Bay Lodge. The owner was most welcoming. Very comfy bed, lovely white crisp bedding & luxury white fluffy towels. Nice little unexpected treat in the fridge (chocolates) Great location for nearby beach or surrounding areas (via the train) Good cafe, shop & chip shop close by.

Lovely clean room, bathroom bedding and towels. Tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge. Easy check in/out Close to shops, takeaway and cafe Close to bus stop and beach. Would definitely recommend

Would happily stay here again. The beds in the Tuner Room were very comfortable. Nice little touch with having some chocolates.

Clean room and immaculate bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. Shower was lovely and hot. Large wardrobe with plenty of hangers and bedside drawers. Easy to park just outside property. Would stay again

We, along with several members of our family have stayed at Bay Lodge over the years. It never didsapoints in comfort and cleanliness.

Lovely room, well presented and very clean. Great location and secluded. We enjoyed the night we was there, very relaxing. Easy to check in via a key safe. Lots of spaces to park outside on the street, right next to the property.

Nice place to stay clean quite nice area but the room was very dark because of the high bushes in the garden did not see the iwners at all

The best thing about this accomodation is the location, it is very near to the beach and the wonderful Minnis bay Restaurant. The room itself is comfortable enough but as it is below street level, it is a bit dark even with the lights on. The fridge is a nice touch though not big enough to stand up a bottle of wine. Always nice to see tea, coffee, biscuits and little chocs on the welcome tray. The bathroom was clean , however there were a couple of drips (?) on the toilet seat which I cleaned before we could use it. I'm not sure I understand the daily housekeeping as the towels we used and hung up to dry were folded up by housekeeping and the damp towels were put on the downturned bed, leaving a damp patch. I have no problem re-using a towel however one towel was clearly dirty and should really have been changed. the cups we used n the morning were not cleaned, not a problem for us but i'd have thought housekeeping would address this? Easy and clear access. No major issues. Loads of free parking. Bus stop across the road takes you to Margate or Herne bay in the other direction.

The check-in was easy, good instructions. We didn't see any owners, just entered the property and this is it. Convenient. Room is good, big enough, has everything what you need. But I "met" a lot of spiders. And it was dusty. Kettle, in toilet. Maybe because twin-room isn't much popular and there weren't guests for a long time. But overall it was a nice stay.

It’s a very nice place to stay With a smart TV

Room was cosy, good enough for 1 night stay. Good commuincation about how to get in, key safe, etc. There was an odd smell in the ensuite - not sure what was causing it. There was mould on ceiling above shower cubicle. Venue does not have any on-site parking, free parking in streets around venue.

Clean room and great communication with staff.

In over 30 years of travelling on business, this is one of the best places I have stayed in.Although I did not meet the owners it was clear that the accommodation was well looked after and virtually everything had been thought of for the comfort of their guests. Virtually everything was absolutely spotlessly clean.The only small point I noticed was that there was dirt around the toilet seat hinge - a bit of a dirt trap and difficult to access(I'm sounding like a "Four in a Bed" contestant now!).However, I would not hesitate in recommending Bay Lodge to anyone.
