Friendly clean hotel

Great hotel right on the beach with friendly and helpful staff and comfortable clean rooms. Would stay again.

Our room had everything you need and all staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely

Very pleasant stay

The receptionist wasnt welcoming at all! No smile, didnt care and didnt engage at all! I was travelling for 5 hours and stuck in traffic and horrible weather....I was looking forward to my destination, but she didnt care at all. The barman on ither hand was quite the opposite, welcoming, chatty and friendly . The barman saved the score , as i was going to score only 1 star! The room was average and the bathroom floor wasnt clean, it was dirty. Food was average , quite expensive for what I had. The hotel prioritse the ciaxh parties first before the other guests, i guess this is tyeir main income!? Overall average hotel, quite expensive for what it delivers and staff definitely need to understand if you cant be bother to be in hospitality trade go and fill shelves at the supermarket , as paying guests dont deserve to be treated like they are an inconvenience!!!!

What a great hotel. Right next to the beach, parking, good staff , great food, clean quiet room. Excellent pool, everything was superb.

Very helpful staff

Really good location on the front and can easily walk along the beach with friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable enough and the room was pretty well cleaned. Breakfast was reasonable and one night I had dinner which was okay. However the whole hotel is dated and could really do with a refurb it's very much stuck in the 80s and it does feel like that. Also final night a party was on so very noisy and didn't sleep well which isn't ideal when you are staying for work. Whilst it did say right at the bottom of an email they sometimes host events it would have been nice to have been informed. Would go back if needed to stay for work for a night or two but wouldn't look to stay for a longer period.

Nice small hotel in idyllic location almost on the shingle beach. An warm welcome from the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The access to the room was up two flights of narrow steep stairs. The room was clean and well decorated with pleasant photos /paintings on the walls.

The staff at ypur hotel was amazing there was a problem with me checking in but the staff sorted it. When i came down to say how cold the room was that night this was sorted

Great location looking over the sea. Short family trip. Easy walk into Bognor and frequent buses to Chichester.

Very friendly staffs throughout the hotel, and clean spacious room with amazing view of the sea from the balcony. We were very lucky with weather and had great time catching sunrise and sunset from our balcony! Will definitely come back again!

Disappointed that when we got back to the hotel at 10.30pm the bar was shut. Apart from that , all ok

Room cleaned daily. All staff friendly & happy ( they aren’t everywhere you stay ! ) Lovely walks next to hotel right on beach & little cafe round corner . Very dog friendly . Parking abit tight but found space both days . Dinner delicious . Will come back soon .

Enjoyed staying at this jewel of a hotel. Friendly welcome, comfortable room, dogs made so welcome with all the comforts. Brilliant breakfast, right on the beach, great walks, big Skys, beautiful sun rise.could improve the shower over the bath, small detail but overall excellent.
