This is a lovely hotel on a quiet street. The staff can’t do enough for the guests and every request is “no problem”and “of course”. The street is quiet but a 5-7 minute walk brings you to 2 tube stops and a street with lots of restaurants and shops. Paddington Train stations is a 10 minute walk.

Albergo di stile ben posizionato a 650 m dalla stazione metro e 350 m dalla fermata bus e da Hyde Park. Nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti negozi, alcuni ristoranti nella stessa via. Camera non molto grande ma pulitissima. Personale molto gentile. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. La prima colazione non era compresa nel prezzo ma disponibile a pagamento e a buffet circa 15 £. Non l'abbiamo presa e quindi non posso dare una valutazione. Il prezzo della camera non è economico e ovviamente riflette la posizione (Londra e zona Hydepark/Bayswater) e la caratteristiche dell'albergo.

It was in a lovely area. Not too far from shops, groceries, and public transportation. The two girls (I am forgetting their names-sorry!) that worked in the restaurant/bar were so friendly and hospitable. All of the staff was great. Would definitely stay again!

"4 star hotel" which doesn't even provide a bottle of water. Staff delaying check in process because they are occupied with their own chit chat. There is even a note in the room discouraging the use of food delivery to boost their own restaurant sales. Would not stay here again ever.

Its amazing however, the man on the front desk I think was getting pissed off already as I was looking for my E visa on line. He says that I should have my passport with me at all times. Though Its my fault that I have forgotten to bring it but I still have another means to prove my identity in the UK. He is not approachable at all.
