Great room for the cost. We had to contact the hotel to ensure accessibility and were instantly retooled to the ground floor family room which had plenty of room and a big shower.
The only downside and it wasn’t really, was the beautiful original sash windows that we could open, didn’t keep much noise out so the foxes woke us up at 2am!!

Great little hotel. Perfectly situated for my visit (came to see a show at the BBC). Check in was easy. The reception has someone there for some hours during the day but you’re given a door code for outside those hours. 5 mins walk from Russell Square tube station.

Syarat rekod vaksinasi COVID-19 diguna pakai kepada semua tetamu yang berumur 20 tahun dan ke atas; tetamu mestilah menerima vaksinasi yang lengkap sekurang-kurangnya 2 hari sebelum mendaftar masuk.

Rengøring fin, mem håndklæder ikke helt rene og kaffekopper på værelset heller ikke rene.

The room is super dirty. The cups there have disgusting stains. Thx toilet smelt. No noise proof at all. Heard people moving furniture or talking all night long.

The only thing that was good and easy was the check in.
The room looks absolutely nothing like the pictures.
When I got to the room, the window was wide open and was difficult to close. There was a slight smell of mould in the room. The bed linen was dirty and some of the furniture was already broken (the door handles on the wardrobe in the bathroom were missing and the drawers on the desk wouldn't stay closed).

This hotel was absolutely awful. I would say its a 1 star hotel very disappointed will never stay here again. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. It was lije a hostel not a hotel. We booked a Double room. We got a quad room in the basement absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed in

Absolutely terrible, room smelly and dirty, lipstick on sheets, no reception or anyone to contact with problems, bathroom was filthy. The area was really rough and we did not feel safe.

Not staffed after 5pm but the key codes worked (dodgey key box code entry didn't work at first). The place was not very clean. I guess reasonable value for the area.
Kettle in the room was filthy, maybe the previous guest had boiled soup in it.

We stayed in room G and arrived early to drop our bags off which was brilliant and they were put in our room. The room was a good size and clean, the double bed was a bit uncomfortable but the sofa bed was a lot better. It was a very warm room and was unable to find any way of turning the heating down, however, as it was late when we got back to the room we didn’t look too much in to it.

We had a very comfortable stay at this centrally located hotel, several minutes walk to the nearest Tube station.
We arrived at 1:15pm and our room was ready. Having already checked in online, we just left our bags in the room and headed back out.
Room was warm, comfortable and check out was as simple as leaving the room key in our room. Would recommend this property.

Hotel was in a convenient location for our theatre trip which made life easy. The advance check in and accompanying instructions on gaining entry to the hotel outside of reception hours were very helpful, and once we'd manoeuvred around the enormous front door, all went well. The room was a good size with a good supply of tea and coffee, the only slight let down was one of the windows wouldn't close fully which meant the street noise was slightly invasive at times. Overall though it was a positive experience and i would stay there again with no hesitation.
