Good parking, easy walk into town centre. Staff very friendly

Pleasant stay but a few things could do with improvement. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming the room was a good size and clean. But our drinking water wasn't replenished for our second night. The major downside was breakfast. The breakfast room was too small for peak demand resulting in queues. Food quality was a bit mixed.

Location to the station, very convenient. Quiet location by close to every we wanted

Hotel was in a good location. We did not have robes in our room to use the pool and spa - we had to ask three times for these to be sent up and ended up just using a towel on our first visit to the Spa as we got fed up of waiting. In addition, a plug socket blew up when attempting to charge my phone which, whilst dealt with promptly was an inconvenience. The Spa area was smaller than anticipated, the loungers were too few and they need replacing - there was also a peculiar spell in/around the pool area on one of the visits. The Gin bar was lovely and staff provided great service.

One of the better hotels in Newcastle in my opinion. Excellent service from Fiona on reception & from the restaurant manager, sorry didn’t get his name lovely spacious room & bathroom. Really comfy bed. Good Aircon Breakfast is great There’s also a pool & spa if you want to use them

We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. The manager also said he would check the cctv and come back to us. However, nothing happened until we chased for an update a few days after our check-out. And they said they would check the cctv almost after a week has passed. Then our case was transferred to another manager, who then rejected all the promises given to us earlier. We just asked for a letter. The fact is that I handed over a suitcase in working condition to the hotel staff, and was returned with a damaged suitcase. The series of failed promises show how the hotel management treat their clients. I don't think I would stay with them anymore.

I have stayed here a few times now and have never been disappointed. This hotel is excellent, always book a spa day as well it is amazing and so relaxing. Great staff, food and the hotel is spotless. Highly recommend.

Such lovely, friendly staff in all areas. Beautiful room, great shower, well resourced. Fabulous breakfast. It was all great!

Generelt sett er jeg godt fornøyd med oppholdet. God service i resepsjon og restaurant. Forbedringspotentialet ligger, som under forrige opphold, ligger absolutt på renhold/rydding på rommet. Det kan ikke være så vanskelig å rydde/skifte håndduker/sengetøy og etterfylle det som mangler! Det er også merkelig at et bord på rommet, som er i ferd med å falle sammen, ikke er skiftet. Det var slik sist jeg hadde samme rom to uker siden.

Good hotel, clean comfortable and good location. Parking is next door multi storey but tight access road.

The room was a lovely size, and the staff were really friendly. There are a couple of things that were quite a negative. First was the room wasn’t serviced, which we asked for. Then it took two calls to get towels and toilet paper sent up. This is a first for me at any hotel I have been to. Second was witnessing staff being shouted at by management. Makes it a bit awkward for guests. But overall a lovely stay

Excellent hotel, staff were very helpful and room was top notch. Great location that is near train station.

Hotel is situated behind the railway station and overlooking the Tyne so although not central it is still a good location. Easy parking, (use level 10) good pool and steam room, rooms spacious, good gin bar and full breakfast. Only stayed one night but would definitely recommend it. Shops, quayside, football, arena, restaurants all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Easy access in and out of Newcastle west using the Redheuth bridge from A1.

Good hotel, feels quite new, well equipped, clean, well situated for the city, very friendly staff, check in very good.

Absolutely first class Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable Local information on a qr code was a great idea we discovered a great library through it Access to the pool and spa was included in our price Location was excellent
