We had a very good relaxing stay at this quaint restaurant/guest house. Nice comfy room with homely touches, well equipped, good bed, very clean. Everyone very friendly, felt right at home. Top notch breakfast! Would not hesitate to book here again. Total credit to the hosts!

What a find. We had a fabulous stay this place is just charming and full of character. The rustic restaurant is exceptional and the guest rooms are comfortable And spotless with everything we needed. Easy parking and great location as we had a wedding nearby. The staff were all brilliant and made us feel so welcome. Would recommend.

Unfortunately we weren’t happy with our stay. The room is in the waves which meant you had to completely crouch down and over the end of the bed to shuffle past a beam and the sloping wall to crawl into one side of the bed. The reason you had to crawl into bed apart from the eaves was due to the bed being pushed into the corner of the room due to the room being so small. Small rooms are fine but having a bed in a corner isn’t acceptable and this should have been explained in the description. If you’re tall, have any form of ailments or you’re a larger person this room is not fit for purpose. Also if you get up through the night for the toilet you’d injure yourself on the beam and have to wake the other person up. We went out for dinner and on arrival back to the room it was noticeably cold so we checked the radiator and it was off and there was no dial to control it. It was only 11pm so one would expect heating. There is no soundproofing between rooms and it’s simply a thin stud wall so you can hear everything. The finish to this building is also not desirable, it has unfinished plastering effect and rough wood for skirting and door frames. Door frames have big gaps half filled with filler (not finished basically). The bathroom had a leaking tap and mismatched taps. The internet is terrible and we both couldn’t use our devices at the same time! It’s not somewhere I’d stay again for the price you have to pay. No one was on reception to explain this on departure.

Rooms were comfortable and spotless with everything we needed. 10/10 breakfast! Hosts really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Top stay would recommend.

Room was not clean or beds made and no tea milk etc replaced during the stay

Fabulous! We were in Farnham for a family wedding and this was just the perfect spot to stay. Warm and welcoming, peaceful and very friendly owners. Rooms well equipped and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant too the food was outstanding, authentic Sicilian in a rustic setting. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little hotel tucked away from the main road in a converted barn type building.

Quirky avoid on a Saturday as evening events will disturb your sleep 😴

Great location, quiet and safe with free parking. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Rooms really cosy and spotless. Excellent breakfast. A real home from home.

Such helpful staff and an excellent restaurant. Beds a little uncomfortable but perfect bnb for a weekend getaway.

Pleasant hotel with very popular Italian restaurant. We will habe lunch here. Good area away from the main road. Very quiet nce evrybody has gone home

Great stay Room was clean and comfy with added extras tea coffee biscuits shower gel toothpaste shampoo,great little touches which we weren't expecting the restaurant was busy and the food looked great although we didn't eat Had breakfast which was lovely hot and cold selection would highly recommend this hotel

Although the initial greeting and check-in was a little unusual, the rooms (nos 7 & 9) were very clean and comfortable, tea/coffee and biscuits in the room were great and breakfast was amazing!! Would stay there again if in the area.

What a hidden gem. Excellent value for money, our room was compact but very well equipped plus generous toiletries and refreshments. Amazing good and friendly owners, being family run the place was full of character and heart. Recommend!

It’s essentially a restaurant with rooms. But that’s not to say that the rooms or bad or inadequate. They were great, well equipped with friendly staff. It could do with better signage from the roundabout though. Otherwise absolutely no complains.

Great place however we got given a room that was a furnace with a little fan that didn't actually do anything. So don't take room 11 unless you want to be really hot.

This is a restaurant with rooms. My room was nicely decorated with a small en suite. I was made to feel welcome as a woman travelling alone. I dined al fresco at the restaurant in the evening in summer which was lovely.
