We had a pet friendly room for our stay in Brighton Hampton by Hilton. The staff were very friendly and were able to provide us with a small fridge which helped as the weather was very hot. I made use of the gym, pool and sauna which made the trip extra special, which I also recommend. I look forward to coming back to this hotel. We didn't eat here because we could not bring our dog with us, however, Brighton offers many restaurants and cafes that do allow pets, so this was not a problem. Thanks to all the staff for welcoming us.

Ombyggingsarbeid førte til en kronglete tilgang til rommet når vi kom. Det burde staben ha sagt. Renholdet på rommet var under forventet. Det hadde nok vært hund der og dårlig støvsugd. Det lå store tugger med hår på gulvet. Dette ble ikke fjernet på tre dager.

-Not enough staff to check guests in -Room bordering on barren, empty but for a few outdated pieces. -No amenities at the bathtub - soap, shampoo, etc. They apparently expecred you to go to the shower stall and put what you needed in your ahnd and walk back to the tub? They did supply it upon request. Breakfast however was GREAT!

I’ve now stayed multiple times and on each occasion the Hotel is spotlessly clean overall, we had limited staff interaction but was good when we did. On this occasion we had a sea view and balcony and the balcony aspect was disappointing overall. Cracked tiles, metal work in need of a paint. The balcony itself was tiny and unable to have 2 chairs on it so we used very little. Will stay at the hotel again but will not pay the premium for a balcony as we hardly used it.

Everything was okay-ish, but If I review over the price I paid; not satisfied with the stay. Wifi— Very bad reception. No to slow network. Complaint them but no resolution. TV— Radio channels only. Help needed to connect with my Netflix, no service provided. Even in my room UK sim network was not working. Property was nicely clean but room services had a delay. Drinkable water is separately charged; I didn’t like that. They don’t have people to help with your baggage in and out. Reception: I stayed with my family for 4 nights. Whenever I need some help from reception, they never picked up the call. Had to walk down there each time. All over 2.5 stars.

I've never been dissatisfied before, all these years. But this time it's truly disappointing, not to say outrageous. Having a stranger's ice cream truck parked right in front of the entrance, where a large crowd gathers and blocks the hotel entrance, is one thing. But having a huge conference taking place in all the rooms for several days during peak season is questionable. But having all the conference participants in the lobby, blocking everyone's way, and causing an enormous amount of noise is, in my opinion, a complete disaster! The noise level is so high that the receptionist had to shout to speak to us! Three days... unacceptable! Dear fellow travelers, please check beforehand whether such an event is taking place at the hotel. Hilton doesn't seem to care about your opinion. Next time, I'll be looking for alternatives to this hotel chain.

The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room. The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten. On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. We had booked out of our room, so couldn’t go there and it was 31 degrees outside, so far too hot for an elderly couple to go out. Sorry but will think twice before staying in your hotel again.

When we turned up our room was not available and they downgraded us, room stunk of sewerage. The toilets downstairs were off limits as there was a blockage ..I was told I would get a refund but have had nothing . Staff very unhelpful and I can honestly say I will never stay in a Hilton again

The bed was comfy and room fairly clean the bathroom a bit dated and the hot water took ages to come through, the bath was very slippy to stand for a shower but there was a mat provided. The pool was out of use while we were there with no warning prior and this was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The dog was an extra £45 which is incredibly expensive. Most of all the air conditioning was really ineffective.

Most of the staff was helpful, but unfortunately we had the following issues: 1. No working phone 2. No flushing toilet 3. No cold water 4. Pool non-functioning ("too low chlorine levels") during opening hours. 7. A rubbish bag being left in the room after cleaning service had been there!

Flot hotel. Hurtig indcheckning. Fik tildelt et værelse på Mezzaninen. Virkede nærmere som et kælderværelse. 2 små vinduer oppe under loftet (ikke muligt at åbne, ikke mulige som flugtvej). Selve værelset var pænt og nydeligt. Stort badeværelse. Desværre virkede toilettet ikke ordentligt. Vandskyllet var for kraftigt, så vandet sprøjtede ud af toilettet og ud på gulvet. Der var desværre høj musik i området, som først stoppede kl 23. Hotellets reception svarede ikke på vores forespørgsel vedr. støjen. Om natten blev vi vækket af højlydte råb og skrig samt lyde der lød som kraftige slag. Et helt igennem forhåbentligt uheldigt ophold. Har meddelt hotellet om opholldet. De beklager og vil opgradere vores næste ophold hos dem. Det kommer ikke til at ske.
