Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Woking

Good value and the meal deal and quality of food was amazing, £25 for a 2 course meal. Eat parking and access. Would stay again, good for work as Wi-Fi is very good but as it’s a Hilton you expect it to be.

Parking on site. 5min walking distance to shopping centre/high street. Plenty of options at breakfast

No parking available and no warning that I needed to book parking. Underground car park was a dead end so ended up with 3 cars log jammed and no spaces and nowhere to turn. Avoid

Lovely welcome after a long drive. Offered an upgrade whi h was lovely and a cookie. Parking was easy on there own car park.

Don’t bother if you want a drink after theatre. Retutned to hotel 11.10 to find bar closed. I asked if we could get a room service drink to be told, we are a bit too busy, maybe in 20 minutes! I tried ordering again from room and was told I had to order a bottle of wine, I couldn’t have a glass. He also claimed that bar always shut 11 pm in spite of it saying midnight on all guest services. Worst service and attitude I’ve come across in long time.

We had a great 2 night stay at the hotel, the facilities were great, hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, 2 names that stood out, one was the Receptionist named Revathi who provided a easy check in for us. Also Nathan who worked in the Restaurant/ Bar area. Both were very polite/ helpful

Stayed in Double Tree Woking tinattend a family 80 th birthday party. Double standard room booked. Overall room all right. Sofa and small table , large TV in room. Plenty of wardrobe space , kettle cofee maker provided as well as free coffee pods and herbal and ordinary teabags, sugar , milk pods. Also 1 bottle of small water provided daily which saved buying water.Fridge also in room. Large ironing biard and iron also in room which was brilliant. Bathroom utilities provided tisse box , sanitary bags ,plenty of crabtree shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner. However shower not very easy tinuse and modern and bath a bit narrow but once you got the water flowing do able.Rate of room was okay but breakfast was extra . We had breakfast 1 morning whichbwas a buffet for 12 sterling . There were no pancakes available and Ibasked for these but was told they inly donthem fir children. Which for a hilton chain thought strange but they obliged and cooked me 2 pancakes. The 2 negatives I have is that our phone in room was not working no dial tone and I addressed this the next morning after arrival. But it was never was fixed during our stay . But we were out most of the time fro room except night time. We had to pay for our rental car at 15 sterling per day . Reception offered us delicious choclate cookies on arrival and inaaasked for snacks on departure and was give these and water on our return journey backnto Gatwick airport. Pleasant sitting area in reception.

We had a great experience at Doubletree by Hilton Woking. Spacious rooms, clean, very nice breakfast and a very nice and helpfull staff. The beds were a bit too firm for my liking, but had a good sleep nevertheless. Would definitely recommend and return if possible.

Doubletree by Hilton is located within a short walk from Woking rail station, shopping centre with supermarket, take-away places and pubs. We stayed in a Premier room with king bed on the 7th floor. The bed was comfortable. Room was large and comfortable, with large desk, two chairs, large TV, coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge. The lighing was also good. Free WiFi was excellent. Items that can improve a five-day stay include: additional drawer space, more wardrobe space.

Very nice, newer hotel right in downtown Wilking. Very nice shops and eateries within a short walking distance. I stayed here for two nights for business and it was excellentt. Highly recommend.

Parking is expensive. Rooms are tired and very dark. Staff excellent.
