Beautiful hotel in a great location. The desk staff and the doormen were all fabulous. The lift wasn’t working but we were okay taking the stairs. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast as there are cheaper and better options nearby. The breakfast staff seemed very disorganized when we were there. Just a heads up that there is a discretionary gratuity mentioned at checkout. I wish I had known in advance as it caught me off guard.

Room spotless, tea & coffee options but no hot chocolate. Building still being renovated so no lift available and I was in the 3rd floor. But staff very helpful and did try to see if there was another room available but to no avail was a busy weekend in Bath. Staff carried my luggage up to my room and back down when I left. Breakfast was very nice. Would stay again.

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms and reception/bar staff were so friendly. However the breakfast was not great at all and found the staff doing this service not as friendly/welcoming. The hotel itself is going through a refurb so the stairs/communal areas were out of action.

Great reception and super helpful staff. They helped us get our luggage up to the room and very very communicative ahead of time about the lifts being temporarily out. Also gave us excellent advice for parking. Feels like we got an absolute steal staying here.

Hyggelig hotell med god standard. Vi opplevde dessverre problemer ved innsjekk, da hotellet først mente vi måtte betale for et ekstra rom til vår 17-åring – til tross for at vi hadde bestilt plass til tre. Etter litt fram og tilbake ble det ordnet uten ekstra kostnader. En uheldig start, men ellers et fint opphold.
