Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! The room was made up really well and was very clean too, but the chair upholstery could be refreshed in the main bedroom. Toiletries provided were great, and the Nespresso coffee machine and selection of Nespresso pods and teas were a nice surprise! Kitchen area was fab - we had so much kitchenware available to use, including; an oven, hob and pullout hood, a washing machine and a small table and chairs to sit and eat at. Really impressed with this hotel overall and had a great stay!

Staying in Canary Wharf, this is a really great hotel with apartments. Ours was overlooking the waterway, huge en-suite double bedroom, lounge with large sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Small table sitting coffee area downstairs with complimentary coffee. Lifts to all floors. Good location. There is a bridge from the main road to the top of steps though to get to the entrance. Fine with small cases, not sure if there is another route for larger luggage. Luggage can be stored free during the day whilst out and about. Very close to the theatre and about 7 mins walk main tube stations.

Wonderful staff very helpful and the one bed apartment was very comfortable, great layout with everything we needed. The double sofa bed was already made which we appreciated. We will definitely be back on our next stay to London.

A full working kitchen with oven and hob was supplemented by a toaster, coffee machine and kettle, making it entirely possible to cook all meals in the room.. The dishwasher, fridge and washing machine enables complete independence in a tidy, modern apartment. Big screen TV with a host of electricals such as music player, alarm clock, hairdryer and iron

Given that this is in Canary Wharf the Uber boat stop is about 20min away and the next metro about 15min. There was no grocery store around the corner and the non-smoking signs were a bit excessive. The complimentary coffee machine was usually out of service in the morning when you actually wanted the coffee. We arrived during the London marathon so we had to walk a bit till we reached the reception. It was noted in the elevator that the hotel could not be reached by car that day - as arriving guests we had received no such info. The anti slip mat for the shower was black with mildew which any cleaning lady should have spotted. So this was our first and last stay there…

It was OK but not a hotel i would return to.

Perfect for what we needed

Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot.

Lovely sized room and balcony on the premium studio. Good amount of kitchen equipment, could do with a few additional items for the combi microwave to cook certain things with ease. A few little things like netting in the window could be replaced as it was a little worn and grubby but rooms were clean, staff were lovely and fantastic location.

Everything you could possibly need for your stay

The room itself was nice and comfortable, with good amenities and a pleasant overall setup. However, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There was dust visible in multiple areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained and not properly cleaned before arrival. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly when approached. Unfortunately, despite informing them about the cleanliness concerns, no action was taken to resolve the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, while the room had potential, the lack of proper cleaning and follow-up from staff significantly affected the experience.

Love the view from the room. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very clean; our room had a wall-mounted towel warmer, separate refrigerator and freezer; roomy sofa. Bedroom had door. Located in a nice, calmer part of London, just west of the tower of London, and well-situated to both the London tube and water taxi service. Really enjoyed this hotel.
