Ideal location for travelling in to Wembley. 10 mins from Watford junction by car. Ample parking space, food options on site but also good value for money carvery less than 5 mins away. Check in/out hassle free , staff warm and friendly. Room clean and well looked after. Paid in advance for breakfast which was well worth it. Plenty of options th choose from. All in all a comfortable and pretty seamless experience. Only downside was my team lost at Wembley.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Easy stay for a family looking to visit the Harry Potter Studio.
We were a family of 4. Had the Harris ‘suite’. Breakfast was abundant.

The hotel was nice but I honestly struggled to get a smile or any pleasantries out of the staff, I felt very uncomfortable each time I encountered a staff member.
I also found it hard to sleep, the pillows in the room are too soft and very uncomfortable.

Front of house and reception area really clean and fresh. Staff really friendly and professional. Rooms however, could do with the same refurbishment as the front of house, dated in style and wallpaper peeling from the wall, but very clean and comfortable beds. Ideal location for Harry Potter Studio Tours, central London 45 minute drive.

It was quite disappointing given the status of being a Hilton hotel reason being 1) We being vegan and at breakfast the eggs were next to the plant based sausages and pieces of eggs were found on the vegan sausages 2) The sourdough bread was finished by 8:45 am arrival for breakfast and waa none left for replacement 3) The rooms allocated were right next to the doors for the interleading passages and made banging noses throughout the night when guests went through them.

2 joining rooms which worked well for us and our teenage boys.
Clean bedding and generally clean bathroom - a little mould on the tiles.
Dated bathroom tiles but decent shower.
Breakfast wasn't included - £15 per person so we went to The Toby Carvery next door for half the price.
Did not get spoken to by staff other than check in and check out.

We’ve been coming here for years, always after funerals for the wake. It’s an old hotel that has been upgraded periodically over years and under different brands. It’s okay.

The hotel was tired and in need of repair, missing ceiling tiles, there was blood on the duvet and generally not inviting or particularly plesant. Especially for the price paid , disappointing for a hilton. Breakfast was however lovely

A shame that this hotel provided a room with no AC on one of the hottest days of the year and their response was that the booking does not include air conditioning. Terrible standard for a Hilton.

Being a diamond Hilton member and having travelled and used Hilton as a trusted brand I felt this hotel did not meet the usual expectations. Old and tired. The room did not feel clean and conditions in general tired. The room was very hot and early in the morning approximately 7/730am housekeeping were making up rooms nearby and banging a lot therefore could not sleep

Only problem we had was being woken up by noise in the back yard by the laundry drop or pick up, as our room backed onto the yard

As an occasional visitor to the Hilton Watford, I found the usual friendly service with clean rooms and surroundings. Breakfast is fantastic with every item you can think of.
Only disappointment this time was finding out at check-in that I'd been bumped from the double room I'd booked to a twin, with the offer of a free drink at the bar. So having not slept in a single bed for many years, it was a little uncomfortable and a restless night with not much sleep. Am tired today! Hopefully this won't happen on my future stays.
