Four nights at this hotel and very nice it was, location was good with plenty of shops bars restaurants within walking distance. Had no complaints with the hotel the staff were lovely, rooms were comfortable and immaculate didn’t hear a sound from anybody during our stay, lovely hotel very reasonable would recommend.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, clean and spacious. Not directly in the hub for tourist but the walk (20min) was easy and enjoyable. Close to the train and even closer to the bus station which has direct links to the airport and other towns/ cities nearby.

O hotel é bem localizado para quem precisa viajar de ônibus e também é muito perto do centro da cidade. O atendimento foi excelente, todos muito simpáticos, principalmente a moça do check in. Bom quarto e exelente café da manhã. Conseguiram mesclar um breakfast internacional com pratos típicos ingleses. Muito bom

Great location. Nice room. Lovely staff. All spoiled by ac not working. A temporary unit was in the room, it could not keep the room cool and kept turning off. Stay ruined by lack of sleep.

One receptionist very unhelpful when I couldn't access my reservation details due to roaming not working on phone. This caused a long delay as I couldn't access hotel WiFi. Receptionist was quite rude and disinterested, and did not clearly explain how to log into hotel WiFi. Also, we booked two rooms but were only given one until I reminded staff that two had been booked. I had been informed that these rooms would be beside each other but they were not. Bathroom lock didn't work properly and staff advised to just not lock the bathroom door. No maintenance available to repair or replace it. Lock on main door broke also and caused security issues as child could exit room any time. Had to request more toilet rolls. Other staff member/ receptionist was very helpful and tried to resolve issues but as mentioned above, adjacent room and maintenance were unavailable so she couldn't fully resolve the issues. Good location and hotel clean.

The aircon was broken in the room and the windows don’t open. Phoned reception twice about it before heading out for the evening. Still wasn’t fixed when we got back hours later and had to phone again and we were brought a portable aircon unit. The room was boiling and none of us slept. For £200 a night it was a joke.

We had an underwhelming stay here - the hotel is located at the outskirts of the city centre and the hotel itself looks and feels a bit “tired”. In addition to that the Front Desk is constantly closed from time to time and could feel a bit like a “ghost town”.
There had been some hiccups from check-in to check out, but eventually the management team was able to address the issues and assure me those will be improved in due course. Mistakes can happen and it’s about how they are addressed.

What a super Hotel in the middle of the city. Very helpful on arrival. Rooms spacious and well equipped. The beds are SUPER comfy. Restaurant serves good food and fabulous breakfast choice. Parking overnight and all the next day for £20. Would highly recommend
