Stayed here about 20 times now. Perfect for business

Lovely staff, awesome breakfast, gym and swimming pool were closed which was a major disappointment as this was the reason we booked this hotel

Nice pool. Dates but clean room. Bed could do better!

The staff throughout were courteous and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well heated on a cold day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful - great choice of cold and hot dishes. Hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of Norwich and with free parking, we caught local taxi to get around. Didn’t use the pool this time though it was good several years ago. Will definitely return again

The room was clean and a comfortable temperature, the bar was a bit expensive but thats to be expected. All in all a pleasant stay.

Nice welcome

Overall review score is based on room size, bathroom size, and value for money, which are all poor. We have stayed in much roomier Travelodges! This was probably the most cramped king-sized room we have ever had to endure. Very relieved to get home to some space!

Disappointing. The place is ok if you get a good price but tired overall. How such a big place doesn’t have car charging is so backward. Nice swimming pool and gym but the steam room was out of service, the sauna is tiny. Our bedroom (superior) was a good size, clean design and quiet but the drinks fridge made a constant buzz, not loud but too noticeable. Our shower had little water pressure and although the bathroom appeared to be recently done, you cant help noticing the bubbled up paint on the bathroom door. The breakfast offering is fine but there were no pastries left when we came down at 9, although refilled 20 min later. The lonely coffee machine was painfully slow and needed frequent minute breaks to warm up causing a constant queue. Some gave up and had tea instead. Coffee was fine though.

Handy, easy to find hotel. Selected because we needed twin beds rather than a double. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Lots of parking.

Room had clearly not been hoovered before our stay and had to ask for 2 days before they hoovered it. Shower did not drain well so could only have short showers to prevent flooding the bathroom - again reported it for 2 days before slight improvement. Receptionist on arrival said all the right things but tone was off and unwelcoming. The rest of the staff were very nice.

First time at this Holiday Inn normall stay at ine in Town near Football pitch so well done team.

Great staff made the stay amazing. Chose this hotel for easy navigation to Norfolk coast for a beach weekend. We were pleased with our choice of this hotel. Well placed for access to Norwich and Norfolk coast in general. Amazing staff and service make the stay special.

Very comfortable rooms, abundant free parking, nice toiletries and lovely staff. Location was also very convenient for visiting my family in Norwich's Golden Triangle. The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast.

The location is very convenient for a night south of Norwich with a drive south ahead of us in the morning.
