Great location when in London. Many restaurants near by. Hotel Indigo is immaculate. Right on Leicester Square. Restautant upstairs open all day .

Horrible so not recommend

No windows. Bathroom door was glass and faces bed so, if using the toilet and someone is in bed( there is nowhere to sit) you are exposed

Fab hotel, location perfect, food amazing

Get ready for zero privacy. The wall to the bathroom is etched glass backlit so you can see anyone using the toilet. It's so strange. The shower has a half glass door wall so the whole bathroom gets soaked when you shower. Plus, there is no vent in the WC. There are no sheets on the bed, it's just the comforter. There were stains on the cover, on the walls, and on the carpet. The curtains do not fit the windows, so be ready to be up at dawn. The room is small and strangely arranged so it was hard to move around. The location was great, but for the price it was absolutely not worth it. We won't be back.

Tried to call a few days before arriving after reading a review about glass, see through walls to the bathroom meaning you could see another person using the shower or even the toilet. This was proven very difficult, was cut off 4 times whilst the person ‘went to find out’, spoke to customer relations in the end who also couldn’t get through to get an answer either. On check in, the process was very slow and not very friendly. Our room was relatively small, despite a free upgrade apparently, but this is quite normal for a London Hotel. The room had a great view of Leicester Square and was in a fab location. Our understanding was the breakfast was £30 per person so we didn’t eat that here when there are so many food outlets surrounding you from McDonald’s, Wetherspoons and many other choices depending on what you fancy. The lunch/dinner menu was very limited so again we decided to eat out. My husband was running in the London Marathon, I met him back at the hotel when he finished and whilst I was waiting and on the phone housekeeping came to see if I wanted the room serviced, I said I didn’t and they then lectured me that I should’ve left the do not disturb sign on the door outside - why? One side stated do not disturb having 40 winks and the other stated please service the room - one would assume rightly or wrongly that no sign means just ignore being that I wasn’t sleeping or needing the room services. Cold, unfriendly check out.

Local estranho. Atendimento da recepção ruim. Reservamos no dia e não tinha quarto disponível ao chegarmos lá. Nós mandaram para outro hotel chamado Assembly- parecia um motel. Para compensar, nos deram café da manhã.

Check in was flexible, our room was ready at 12.30pm and reception said we could check in early and gave a complimentary upgrade to a square view premium room. The room was great and the bedding good quality. Roof terrace adds a lovely touch with its view of the city. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do.

Excellent position, staff , rooms, food and general service. Cannot fault our stay.

Excellent location. An easy walk to many theaters, museums and restaurants. Easy access to 2 subway/underground stations.

I went to check in after booking over a week prior and being paid in full to be told there was no rooms left. I was rold there was a room for me in their sister Hotel around the corner. Which was not a IHG Hotel! I paid best part of £200. The hotel i was sent to i usually around 20% cheaper for the same stays but not refund offered. The Hotel i was sent to? victory house was shocking. The quality was poor and staff not nice. The entire hotel just felt seedy. Trip was completely ruined.

Perfectly placed hotel for the theatres. Great breakfast and polite hotel staff.

The hotel was great. Very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. We were able to leave our bags before and after checkout free of charge. Complimentary WiFi was very fast. Tea and coffee was good and everything looks neat and new, working perfectly. We had a very spacious room on the first floor. The view from the huge long window was brilliant for people watching in Leicester Square. However like most places in London it can get noisy into the night. It didn’t bother us too much but if you can get a higher floor it’s probably quieter.

The hotel was lovely and the view from the top was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing - cold plates and very little bread for toast - with a very slower toaster! The breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid. We would definitely recommend the hotel and its location for the theatres. We come again.

Perfect location for our theatre trip and the views over Leicester Square and across London were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was very very small and cramped. It stank like drain and i complained but no one came to do anything , when i left i complained and they did not offer any service or refund.

Fint hotell vid perfekt läge. Allt inom räckhåll. Receptionen var lite långsam, men i övrigt var allt toppen!

The staff was very nice and friendly and it is prime location. The room wasn’t clean enough, reception and rooms floor doesn’t smell good, elevators are very slow and no toilet in the reception floor.
