Yes to kitchen no to laundry

God service og behjelpelige ansatte. Da vi mistet bagasjen og ikke hadde lader til tlf for eksempel. Helt ok rom, som forventet, litt langt fra sentrum. Dyrt i forhold til det du får, som ellers i London.

Vänlig receptionspersonal. Mycket bra belägenhet. Mycket slitet och dåligt golv. Många trasiga lampor som inte byttes ut trots vår uppmaning under fem dagar. Jobbigt att med bagage gå uppför, smala, branta trappor fyra våningar upp. Bra mataffär runt hörnet.

前台名稱與提供的名稱不同，建議按街號尋找。鄰近兩個地鐵站，方便出遊，附近亦有幾間超市和不同餐廳。浴室水壓偏低且溫度不穩定。

Köket var slitet men lägenheten var i övrigt i gott skick och välstädad.

Was good overall, just didn't have an air conditioner.

The hotel after the experience is clean and new, and everything is modern, the service, cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff. I recommend it a million percent. It is one of the cleanest and most upscale places to stay in London.

Room came with essentials, a comfortable bed and good cooking utensils, great fan and heater. Some features like the retelevision and a wobbly dining table downgraded the experience but overall was a nice stay.

We received a very warm welcome and were able to leave our luggage for three hours on our last day free of charge. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

El lugar es muy caro para lo que ofrece , es como entrar a un armario en un ático , donde el calor es insoportable ,y el baño es del tamaño de una nevera

Upon arrival we asked a male where we could do washing, he willingly searched maps and showed us the closest laundromat about a 10 minute walk. After settling in our room 79/20, the hot water was not working in any tap. A maintenance person arrived the next day and fixed the issue On the 4th day the ceiling started leaking from the abve unit and we were moved to 77/10 which had no air con, no fan, no coat hangers, no hair dryer, no tea towels, 1 very small mug for tea/coffee. All except air con were provided after several "whatsapp" exchanges and face to face communication My wife then noticed a laundry sign on the hallway wall and upon asking, was assisted by staff to the coin operated washing machine and dryer albeit that we were told 2 pound and upon inserting, the machine didnt start necessitating a very friendly and efficient female staff member to come and solve the issue which was that it was actually 2 pound 50 pence to operate Again another bad experience as we walked to the laundromat advised on day 1 which cost 7 pounds to wash and 3 pound for drier Overall a lot of time wasted solving issues that i have never encountered in the many hotels/motels i have stayed at But a great location close to 2 railway stations, shops and eateries Some staff need to be provided more efficient training and simple signs displaying costs for the washing machine and drier would be very helpful All the apartments are very presentable from the outside

Der Preis war für London relativ günstig, also darf man keinen Luxus erwarten. Der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein. Leute mussten warten, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Die Lage nahe zum Hyde Park ist sehr gut.

Super clear to Bayswater tube station like fantastic location! The building is picturesque the whole of the road is tbh perfect if you do social media. The room however was cold and the bin wasn’t emptied from the previous guest. Also the remote stuck when using it but the place was lovely in general and bed comfy 4**

L'appartement est bien situé, proche des stations de bus et métro, à 20min du centre de Londres. En revanche il est assez minimalist dans l'équipement proposé. Nous étions 2 et avions le droit à seulement 2 versées, assiettes, couverts... Pas de torchon ni de nécessaire pour cuisiner (huile, sel..). L'appartement avait quelques marques de vieillissement et pour son prix on s'attendait à un peu mieux certes, mais c'était très correct quand même.

Die Bilder in Expedia entsprachen in keiner Weise dem uns angebotenen, sehr schäbigen und engen Zimmer. Als wir uns darüber beschwerten, behauptete das Personal an der Rezeption, für die eingestellten Bilder könnten sie nichts, dafür sei allein Expedia verantwortlich. Für ein Zimmer gemäß den Internetbildern mussten wir 33 GBP Aufpreis pro Nacht zahlen und bekamen dann - allerdings erst ab der zweiten Nacht - ein Kellerzimmer mit wenig Tageslicht, das aber sauber und und für den Preis akzeptabel war. Insgesamt ist das ganze Haus mit den Studios sehr hellhörig und im Nachbargarten steht eine ganze Batterie von Klimaanlagen, die ein dauerhaftes Brummen verursachen, das auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu hören ist. Das zubuchbare Frühstück für 12 GBP war gut, preiswert und vollkommen ausreichend. Lage und Erreichbarkeit mit ÖPNV waren ebenfalls gut.

Room was basic. Lighting harsh, no bed side light, kettle broken, bathroom basic, towels old. Entrance dirty and unwelcoming. Not great.
