InterContinental Hotels LONDON - THE O2 by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Great stay and love that you can contact the hotel staff via WhatsApp throughout our stay! My room was upgraded to a junior suite and I had a lovely view of the river.

I thought the hotel was lovely and the pool area very clean and spacious. We had a drink in the sky bar and I have to say that £9.50 for a small bowl of mixed nuts was unbelievably expensive and a £5 service charge for bringing 2 glasses of wine to our table is ridiculous. £47 for 2 glasses of fizz and a small bowl of nuts????????

Fabulous breakfast, lovely pool with a jacuzzi, comfortable room (with a free upgrade due to aircon issues in our existing room), stylish top floor bar, and great service throughout. Perfect location for attending events at the O2 Arena, and very close to public transport. Highly recommend.

The bedroom is lovely, the reception for your mobile phone is awful all the way around including in the O2. Arena, how is this even possible in this day and age. It’s a shame it’s just a huge construction site to everything feels so far away very isolated and the O2 itself needs a total Refurb of shops. The outlet is not good at all.

Excellent stay, as soon as we walked in we were approached by a member of staff who took our dinner reservation. Then on check in again, excellent service and given an amazing room overlooking the river and towards Canary Wharf. We used the pool which was the only disappointment as it was very cold and not relaxing, that said, the jacuzzi pool was warm and the steam and sauna were great. The member of staff who greeted us at the spa area offered excellent service and informed us of the facilities we could use, she was so happy and we were very impressed with her. We had dinner in Market Brasserie which was excellent, service was excellent as was breakfast. We had a fantastic stay here with the only slight disappointment being the cold swimming pool but that did not spoil our stay. Really excellent service from all staff from check in to check out. Will definitely return.

Hotel and facilities were good but staff service/support was not 5star, not even 4star...check in process was slow and stressy, staff in resturants forgot requests and service was slow. Limited options for food/drink within the hotel. Spa was excellent though.

Was a great option for after the show at the O2. Unfortunately, they missed the opportunity to have more than one bar open. The queue for elevators was massive, I'm sure people wouldn't have minded going for a drink while the queue was so large. We ended up taking the stairs, not so bad for us, with just 5 floors to go, but others (including elderly people) were going up 11, 15, or more. They should have anticipated the need, given the show was sold out.

Overall yet another wonderful stay. Great room, fantastic area close enough to central London to pop in, but plenty close by like the O2 shopping and also the ever better Canary Wharf dining and shopping. The majority of staff were wonderful, but on our last day we checked out and then saw a show at the O2… when we came back in to pay for our hotel parking the reception chap was miserable and rude, like it was an inconvenience. Only other gripe is the sofa bed for our son - just not that comfortable! You can do better!

We had a brilliant stay! We were in the Junior Suite, which I'd booked to celebrate a friend's birthday. The room was spacious, clean and had amazing views of The O2. The products in the rooms were plentiful and smelled heavenly. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially in the spa, where the staff arranged a birthday cake for my friend after her treatment! We had dinner at Kinaara, and I highly recommend their contemporary indian food and the beautiful view. Cocktails at Eighteen Sky Bar were fabulous (and we loved the bar snacks too). All in all, a memorable stay.

I stayed at this hotel during the London Marathon weekend and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and on the morning of the marathon, they went the extra mile by having a food cart set up at the entrance for runners, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast service was also incredible, with a wide range of options including plenty of gluten-free choices, which I really appreciated. They even allowed me to keep my car parked on-site during the marathon, which made the day much less stressful. Highly recommend for both comfort and outstanding service!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and we got seated quickly. The location is convenient for the purpose of seeing shows at the o2 and not wanting to take tubes back to a further hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. The team at the front desk was helpful during check in. However there was a misunderstanding as I was only making enquiry about breakfast but we noticed it got added to the bill when we check out, it took a while to clarify the situation and the charge has been removed at the end. Overall it was a good experience to stay at this hotel.
