Staff brilliant, bed very comfy, room clean and functional, shower absolutely fabulous, water pressure out of this world , water brilliant temperature 4 setting on the head, breakfast was very good , didnt have evening meal or drink but plenty of people did when i walked passed

The hotel is situted in an extremely convenient place where everywhere one needs to go is nearby. Added to this is public transport buses such as the No.61 and 68 to Blackpool if you want a hassle free day out.

The hotel is fantastic value for money, location is fine, parking excellent, the rooms comfortable, beds excellent. Bathroom is well equipped and clean and tidy. But the best element of the hotel are the staff, who throughout were friendly and offered a real warmth of welcome.

Stayed here a few times and will definitely be back. Requested a high floor room and away from the lift. This again was met. It was quiet again however my only gripe is the very noisy extractor fan or air con system? On the roof.I did mention it to reception and was asked if i wanted to change rooms the following day. We were only here for 2 nights so not a huge deal but the noise is most of the time from 7am until late ish at night. I'll have to remember this next time I book. Staff are friendly, lovely comfy bed and great shower. I love the Vegan or veggie sausages for breakfast. I just wish mushrooms and tomatoes were included as being Vegan, little choice for me. There is fruit though but I don't eat fruit for brekky. Another great stay though.

Light over my bed wasn’t functional all through my stay. Complained the first night, nothing was done. Complained in the morning again, nothing was done. I gave up afterwards.

Exactly what we needed for a one night stay heading south from Scotland to Wiltshire. It was clean, had friendly staff, and a great breakfast. All for a great rate!

The hotel was in a quiet area and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was ok, we only went back to sleep so not much time spent in it. The shower head in the bathroom needed some attention (limescale) and there was also a hold in the sheet. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, especially for those who may be vegan. Very little choice when we arrived about an hour after breakfast started, we chose to eat elsewhere. The other thing which brought the rating down was they had a seating area at the end of the corridor on our floor but it was full of dead flies, spiders and spider webs.

We have been to this hotel many times in the last 4 years, due to daughter being at Uni. This stay was no exception to our previous stays. Friendly reception team, lovely clean room. Great stay etc. Only difference this time was the breakfast had a much more limited variety compared to normal. But that didnt ditract from our lovely stay. Thank you for 4 years of hosting us.
