Linden House Hotel

Location was great short walk to Hyde park as well as close to Paddington station, staff were extremely lovely

The hotel stay was fine at a fantastic cheap price. Two concerns. 1. Instead of swiping my credit card as I expected, they wrote down my details so they now have my entire card and security number with address details until the card expires. Not great practice, so I have cancelled my card. The toilet in the room, had clearly been stuck back on the floor several times but still moved and was only held in place by gravity. The mirror was hanging off centre on the wall and needs refixing. You get what you pay for and it was fine for a one night stay by myself.

Everything was with walking distance and the WiFi was good. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and just what we wanted.

its a small hotel just opposite the paddington train station it’s very convenient and the staffs were very nice and polite the room where we stayed it was a bit small but the beds were very comfortable and clean the toilet was spotless great thanks from MrDiep

Room was nice, and the hotel is located in a great area, so really easy to get around London. Staff was alright, we had an instance where the fire alarm went off at 3:45am. We weren’t sure if it was a drill or if we actually needed to evacuate. When we went downstairs to ask the staff, he was asleep on the coach and said it was due to someone smoking setting off the alarm. It would have been nice not to go down all the stairs to figure out what the problem was, and not to have been awoken in the middle of the night by an alarm, and even nicer if they had come around and checked on us/let us know. Otherwise, the other staff we saw and spoke to were super friendly and very helpful. I also found the shower door didn’t shut very well so water was sprayed all over the floor afterwards, but it was still very manageable. And the shower kept changing temperatures without me touching it which was slightly annoying but not a huge deal, just all some things to note. Otherwise we had a great trip, and the hotel was in the perfect location!

Staff was very nice, room was clean and spacious for the price, and in a great location for getting around - a 5 minute walk from the tube station. Would definitely recommend staying here

Personale cortese, stanza 112 al piano terra angusta e col soffitto inclinato ma ok, bagno pulito, buona posizione. Uno standard. Ma tre stelle sono troppe. Colazione non disponibile neanche a pagamento e mancanza di un frigorifero in tutto l’hotel dove poter tenere delle cose l’ultima notte. Mi sono ingegnato con delle buste di plastica fuori dalla finestra ancorate all’interno (ma tanto la finestra era inutile visto che c’era un muro a 30 centimetri).
