Tidy room and a great Italian restaurant downstairs

The room was clean, parking was great as right on property and the staff were very friendly.

stayed a few times previous,, dates rooms but been fine so re-booked 2 nights, apart from finding rubbish under the bed (on view not having to crouch on floor) & having to ask for t-bags & milk 1st night was fine.. 2nd night they had a private function that proceeded to play excessivley loud music until close to mid-night .. as walls/floors are so thin & rooms are above said space there was no chance of any sleep until the music stopped.. even had to turn tv up loud to hear over the top of.. when proceeding to reception and having to knock twice as they couldnt hear .. to ask when music would be turned down the function room was as good as empty - so playing to an empty room yet keeping anyone trying to sleep awake!! No notification of a private function with possible disturbance was advised otherwise we would not have booked .. when approached for a partial refund the hotel also declined as said it was within their opening times.. poor customer service & wont be returning - so check if any private functions will be held & if so avoid .. normal service nights theres no noise

Everything clean , a little dated , but slept good . Lovely staff

Staff super friendly even though trying to run a busy restaurant. Room was very quiet despite a Christmas do in the restaurant (which looks fantastic - sadly,not had the chance to eat there!).

Great place to stay, has a excellent Italian restaurant. Location is perfect if West Bromwich is your main travel location, it's quite a distance from Birmingham city center.

No one available to check me in when I arrived.one of the restaurant waitresses Called one of the chefs who eventually came to give me the room key. Rooms neglected- hair the the shower plug

It was too loud. We could hear laughter and yelling from opposite rooms. My son, next door said he could even listen to my conversation with wifey which made us embarrassed. Good we didn't go too far! He recited our evening talk! When we arrived, the hotel manager just gave us the keys and told us to go upstairs to our rooms, assumed we knew the place. Assumed we didn't need anything else. They seemed to be very busy! This is more of a restaurant than a place to stay. There was no breakfast or staff in the morning when we wanted to leave. They came after 8am on Sunday morning!!

Very nice accommodation.

Staff were excellent, room was great and having a drink and meal in the bar was great. Food was ok and being drawn into conversation with a local group I have nothing but praise for my one night work stay. Thank you to all ar the hotel.

Lots of parking, room was good and comfortable, worth a visit as the price is usually excellent. Did not use the bar and restaurant, but looks nice

Easy parking, easy to get to, nice setting.

Excellent stay. Staff were brilliant. Even letting me check in early. Good size room, tea/Coffee , clean and a good price. Thoroughly recommend

Rooms are fine But the reason for staying is the restaurant. The food is brilliant You will not find better

We stayed here for one night as we wanted to stay in that location. The room was quite warm. We asked for more milk and we were attended to straight away and given extra coffee and biscuits too. It is a shame that a hotel with a restaurant does not offer breakfast. We stayed there previously, again due to the location, and had not realised that you could not get breakfast that time. We made other arrangements this time, Restaurant area is nice with tables outside but did not appear to be very much used. We did not eat in this time as we were meeting a friend out for a meal but the previous time had had a nice meal at the restaurant. I feel a lot more could be done to the hotel to make it more appealing.

The room is clean and tidy. However, the room felt hot and we asked for electric fan but they cannot provide it. We have to open our window but it was too noisy because of the passing vehicle. The bed is also noisy and squeaky.
